Returned a dress for refund. It has not moved now for over a week on tracking. Contacted Blue Vanilla on messenger and message not even read. Poor customer service. I want my refund and is a nightmare to contact

Terrible experience - incorrect size of item received, unable to obtain any help from customer services, paid for next day delivery for £6.99 and blue vanilla won’t refund delivery charges or give me a code for delivery of correct item. Out of pocket and lots of hassle - avoid

I returned an item over a month ago and tried contacting them three times, but I never received a reply. I even had to pay for the return shipping, so I lost both the money I paid for the item and the additional cost of returning it, only to be completely ignored. At the very least, I would have appreciated a response. I tried contacting them by email and through their website, but nothing has changed. Very disappointing customer service.

I ordered three items to try a couple of sizes and decided to return two items with an Evri collection as I've never had an issue with Evri before. Evri fudged my collection and left me waiting for customer services to get back to me.

I messaged Blue Vanilla customer services to see if they'd refund my Evri returns labels so I could make a Royal Mail return before my return window ran out and Blue Vanilla customer services didn't get back to me in time, so I had to pay again for a return with Royal Mail.

I won't be using Blue Vanilla again as I had to pay twice to return my items, which is a shame because I like some of their dresses

Order parcel on a next day service which states Express Delivery by 3pm.
Delivery failed and goods therefore no longer required due to Blue Vanilla's choice of delivery partner.

Now I am expected to both pay for the return and accept no refund for on delivery charges.

If I had wanted a standard delivery that is what I would have paid for.

I ordered on line and received TWO incorrect items, firstly, my black trousers are a blouse and another pair of trousers are incorrectly labelled as S/M but tag on trousers says L/XL !
This wouldn’t be a problem but NO ONE is replying to my emails or messages on their website!!!! The RETURN ITEMS PAGE, will NOT accept the order number ( which is correct ) so I have no way of returning clothes and no way of speaking to anyone ) very convenient no contact number )! If still no one gets back to me after this review, I will have no choice but to make a claim back for the money!!
This is one of the most Appalling and frustrating customer services ( or LACK OF) I’ve ever experienced, from a so called reputable company!! Love your clothes but I will never order from here again if this does not get sorted!!!

I shop in the Bury store all the time not always purchasing, it is a pleasant friendly atmosphere. Clothes a lovely the staff are very helpful and friendly not like normal high street. They remember me and what I have have bought previously, helpful on how to wear or what with several items. Share ideas on clothing that I would never have bought. It is a lovely shop, cannot walk past without checking what is new and saying hello. Highly recommend this store in Bury.

I went into the lakeside store today, despite going there multiple times i never actually went into Blue Vanilla. I was pleasantly surprised, as well as beautiful dresses and outfits the customer service of these wonderful ladies was exceptional. So if u thought service with a smile was dead and buried, this store is all smiles, warm and welcoming. One of the ladies called Ali was very hospitable and genuinely was helping me out with my purchases. Would have bought more just because of her beautiful, kind nature. Will definitely be going back and purchasing more items when needed. Will be my first point of contact.

I've Just bought a lovely top from Blue Vanilla via Debenhams. The same top is available from numerous retailers who sell Blue Vanilla clothing. Every description of this top describes it as machine washable. The problem is the label on the top says dry clean only. The material is rayon and I wouldn't like to risk hand washing it. It's disappointing, but I am keeping the top because it is so nice. Delivery was extremely quick too.

Blue Vanilla has been my go to clothing store for several years now after becoming aware of the brand via another store. I have built up a lovely collection of wardrobe staples, that are excellent quality, with some pieces that are several years old still looking like new. The latest additions to the new range are stunning and perfect for the summer, taking into account the new stripes and polka dot trends. Overall, it is affordable, good quality and fashionable clothing.

I recently brought a Watercolour Floral Printed Button Front Shirt Dress. It is even nicer than it looked in the photos. Looks great and washes beautifully.

The cleaner arrived on time and worked so hard non stop! She wouldn't even stop for a glass of water. Shewas very pleasant too.

Ordered M/L for the navy extra flowy wide leg trousers and received a S/M. Messaged BV numerous times and have received no response. Even found a telephone number online, phoned it and, surprise surprise, it was disconnected!
Absolutely disgusting service and I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Hopefully they'll be closed down so they can't continue ripping people off!

Trying to return a jumper, supposedly size XL, in reality about a S. Paid for returns label via Evri, this seems to be wrong label, its not a QR code. Emailed BV 3 times, messaged on Messenger and put a comment on a FB post. No reply from the company regarding my query. Very frustrating and will never purchase from here again!

Was unhappy to find i have to pay to return a faulty item surely this isn't correct
Update I emailed them and got a prepaid Royal Mail return label within 24 hours

Changed my review from 1 star to 4 (would have been 5 if they’d offered this sooner without my constant emails) they have given me a rebate for part of my order that was missing. I like to think I am honest with my reviews which is why I have updated this.

Thrilled when I found Blue Vanilla and purchased quite a few items over the years and never had a problem. They do say you find out more about a company when a problem occurs which I certainly did. I paid for a top and trousers and only the trousers arrived, I let them know and rather than believe me they wanted pictures and when I sent them they wanted different pictures. I complied every time but after the last lot of pictures I have heard nothing for two weeks. I am so disappointed, really thought I’d found a great company but their lack of integrity has really let them down.

This company charges for returning items bought online. I also cannot return to the store either. I will not use this company in the future.

Really like the clothes in Blue Vanilla but, when an item I bought online lost all its gold foil highlights in the wash, despite me following the laundry instructions to the letter, returning it has been a nightmare. It's taking forever and I just can't seem to get my money back! Might shop in person but will never use their online platform again!
