PAUL-a font of knowledge!
In a word, Paul. He was warm, friendly, honest, helpful, obliging, knowledgeable, efficient and he could probably sell sand to the Arabs-with a smile. I actually get very stressed out doing this kind holiday booking process but this experience was a breeze with Paul at the helm. He's a valuable asset to your company as I'm sure you're only too aware. If I were in charge, I'd give him a pay rise and let him train the newbies. Mary de Wal

Being on whats app made my life so much easier and got it done whilst being with my two young kids! Highly recommend him and I would like to add this is the first time I have used a travel agent.
