I recently worked with Roy from BLV to plan and book an upcoming trip, and I could not be more impressed with his professionalism. He took the time to truly understand my specific needs and tailored everything to fit exactly what I was looking for.
What really stood out to me was his incredible dedication. Even when he wasn't feeling well, he remained highly responsive, communicative, and completely focused on ensuring everything was handled smoothly.

I contacted Blue Lotus Vacations UK for…Disney
I contacted Blue Lotus Vacations UK for a quote on a 3-night Disneyland Paris stay at Hotel Cheyenne in early December, including Le Shuttle and breakfast. I was quoted £1,690. A couple of hours later, while I was still comparing options, the price had gone up to over £2,000, and I was then told it was £2,050, citing “price updates”.
I checked Disney’s own site at the time and the hotel and ticket price hadn’t changed. Booking the same stay directly, with breakfast and Le Shuttle, came to less than the revised quote.
I’m really disappointed. I spent hours going back and forth with them, comparing options and negotiating, and it was a complete waste of my time. I didn’t book, so I can’t comment on what happens after payment. But a quote that moves by this much in a few hours, without a clear explanation, makes it hard to trust the figure. I’d suggest anyone considering them gets an itemised quote in writing and compares it against booking direct.

Hi Tyler,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your disappointing experience while enquiring about a Disneyland Paris holiday with our travel agency.
We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive different quotes within such a short period, particularly after spending time comparing options and discussing your requirements. While travel package prices can fluctuate depending on availability and supplier pricing, we recognise the importance of providing clear explanations when changes occur.
We take your concerns regarding pricing transparency and communication seriously and will look into the circumstances surrounding your enquiry to better understand what happened and identify where improvements can be made.
We appreciate your feedback and regret that we were unable to provide the booking experience you had hoped for.
