La peor Empresa intermediaria para visas del país de España
Esta empresa es una ofensa para los solicitantes de Visas de estudio para el país de España desde Colombia, por las siguientes razones:
1. Por todo cobran, ejemplo si la persona se presenta con un morral a sus instalaciones, no la dejan seguir y le exigen dejar el bolso en un lugar, donde le cobran $10.000 por guardarlo
2. La atención telefónica es un irrespeto, no dan información, parecen robots respondiendo incoherencias y dan a entender que no saben que se les pregunta.
3. No responden los correos electrónicos.
4. La demora en el proceso de visado es demasiado y con el agravante que no hay manera de hacerle seguimiento.
5. Nunca hay citas ordinarias, sino que siempre hay que pagar la Premium.

Pathetic service and rude behavior amongst all community people when ever they visited in BLS for their queries. Supervisor has no common sense of respect to each and every person because you people are there for public service not owner.
