What an easy experience. I ordered a birthday book and it came with 5 stories!! The pictures are so like like and Amazing!! I required a few word changes and those changes were available almost immediately!! I cannot wait to see the face of the recipient when they receive a book with so much detail about themselves and such great images!!

The excitement of personalizing our granddaughter’s 1st birthday book was exhilarating! The creation of her character was perfect. The final product was better than expected…absolutely first rate quality material for a long life of enjoyment by all. Highly recommend this unique personalized experience!!

I received the book today I am very pleased with the outcome I was allowed to edit and preview it several times So pleased I was given the opportunity to re read edit as I felt appropriate to make more realistic to my 3 year old granddaughter Her facial photo was so realistic too

Unfortunately none of the emails sent by blossom reads came to my inbox or spam until AFTER it had been sent to printers. I thought then on reviewing it the photos of my grandson were not very good. I have now received the book and am so disappointed with it. The pictures of him do not resemble him at all.
I will be surprised if he believes it is supposed to be him. The only resemblance is the bulldog in the story as he has one as a pet!!!
So disappointed

I never got the book I wanted, I settled for less just so I could be done dealing with your company. 10-12 revisions is a little excessive when I sent numerous pictures to show what a trash truck was, what size the dig was compared to my grandson, what my husband looked like not an 80 year old. What gg looked like. You had her looking just like my daughter. I was so upset frustrated I just wanted to be done with it.

Really enjoyed the process of building the book, and making amendments. The team are really helpful and very quick. Looking forward to receiving the book and seeing the finished article, my daughter is going to love it!

I needed a customised book very last minute for a special occasion, and the customer service was outstanding. They were speedy with their responses and did everything within their means to hurry the process as much as possible for myself. This book was the best! The pictures are great and so realistic, that I almost want to add them to our photo albums! Sweet and engaging storylines, and Alex loved it!
