I bought an over the rainbow bridge book for my grandson aged 4 who recently lost his dog Coco. They had been together since he was born, Coco was just 3 months older. It helped him tremendously. The book is beautifully written and illustrated, the personalisation is perfect and including Cocos nickname is inspired. I purchased a personalised book, with the full correct spelling of the recipient. However twice in the print the name was mis-spelled and only once was it correct.
I promptly contacted the company to advise of the error and the original person I spoke to unfortunately couldn’t help much at all. I did however speak to someone else who agreed that the error was wholly the fault of the company. I was fully refunded which I did appreciate.
