We are a family run business and have been trading in Records, CDs, and music memorabilia for over 40 years. We can regularly be found a trade shows and record fairs around the UK. You can find us most Thursday's and Friday's at Old Spitalfields Market where we run stall. We moved online during covid, starting with ebay and now our own online store www.vinyladdicts.co.uk. We pride ourselves in excellent customer service and try our best to resolve any issues that may come up. Disappointed...Waited weeks never received
Took weeks to despatch what was listed as in stock ...I had a bad feeling when it was not despatched in a week ..checked the site daily till eventually they said it was sent ...of coarse it never arrived ...had to claim the cost via PayPal...disappointing experience

Hi Leon. Sorry that your order has not arrived. Please do get in touch with us to resolve this via our website. I have your order placed on the 6th Aug and posted on the 14th. It certainly should have turned up by now so might have got lost or on its way back to us. If it's not arrived then I can arrange a refund for you or another copy to be sent out. Very impressed with my first purchase from Vinyl Addicts. I wanted to know when the album would be despatched, so I made contact, and found their response to be polite, professional & informative. I need not have worried, as less than two days later it arrived. The packaging was excellent, with a great deal of care on display, in keeping the Vinyl record, the outer cover & inner cover and inserts as safe as possible. One of the best I have ever seen. So a very gigantic positive from me. I will buy again from Vinyl Addicts and reccomend them to friends. Oh and the record....? Was Brilliant and played wonderful. But, Heh thats' Kate Bush, I would never accept anything else.

You never know when the postie might trip Running Up That Hill and scuff a corner, so we’d rather have everything practically Suspended in Gaffa before it leaves us.

Questionable customer service
I placed a poster order on 19 April, and two weeks later it is still marked as “processing”; another memorabilia company managed to get their item out to me in three days. I left Vinyl Addicts a message and then sent them two emails - nothing in response. I’m sure they’re a reputable company and not outright scammers, but I would appreciate a reply - and a refund if they are unable to fulfil this order.
