Very quick turn around, I had the opportunity to preview the graphics and storyline before committing and Blossom Reads incorporated my suggested edits to both graphics and storyline making it a lovely, personal, story for my Granddaughters first birthday

The customer service team at Blossom Reads was exceptional! They accommodated my requests to change the story twice and improve photos likeliness, which exceeded my expectations. Although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the end result was well worth the wait.

One suggestion I have for Blossom Reads is regarding the paper quality. While the book is beautifully designed, the paper is thinner compared to other personalized books I've seen. Consider using thicker, higher-quality paper to enhance the overall durability and feel of the book.

Despite this minor suggestion, I highly recommend Blossom Reads for their exceptional customer service, beautiful storytelling, and personalized approach. I'm thrilled with my purchase and look forward to ordering more books from them in the future!

It’s not blossom’s fault but I never received one out of the two looks despite it was sent twice. The books are for 2 sisters and I cannot give only one book because the other will be left out. Essentially I’ve lost out on 2 books. Wasted money but I assume the fault lies in the hands of the postal system.

Really fun and creative way to have a make a completely unique gift. The more you input the more unique the story becomes. We had a great time creating and seeing how our sons story unfolded

I have asked few times to improve the illustrations and they have done it very kindly. I am quite happy with the results. I have ordered 2 books, one for my nephew and one for my niece. They were excited!

Can’t recommend Blossom Reads enough! After showing you the digital version of the print, they have a feedback section where you can let them know what you want changed so you can get the book exactly how you’d like it. The team are really good at adapting the book to what feedback you’ve given!

Sabine and the customer service team were so helpful.
For some reason when making my purchase a random address from another country was set as my delivery address without me realising. I contacted customer service and Sabine and they had it fixed in minutes.

What a fantastic and easy way to create a very special book. The process was so simple and to be able to make changes with the proof that is sent was great. I have had two books delivered from Blossom Reads and when I say they’re beautiful- I mean it! Very good quality books and I love the outcome. I have since purchased a third book to add to my little girls library. Fantastic books and fantastic company. I can’t wait to keep these books and I truly believe these will encourage her to read and love books as she gets older. She is only 3 months but she smiles and giggles when I read these books to her (the two I’ve got I have read multiple times to her and she loves them). I am excited for the third one to arrive.

They are truly magical and they can have hidden messages within them which is fantastic too. Such a great idea to have on your child’s bookshelf/library.
