Bleu de Chauffe Arvostelua 

I've purchased several top T-shirt brands and have concluded that none compare to bleu de chauffe's heavy weight campion shirts. The fabric feels good on the skin. The cut is just right, not too boxy and not too slim. I particularly like a collar that holds up well after several washings. Just wish the T came in multiple colors!!

Mon 1er sac Bleu de Chauffe est une besace marron clair en cuir... J'ai craqué pour la qualité du travail, le retour à des matières nobles et savoir que Mon sac est unique car fabriqué du début à la fin par un artisan ! C'est un sac fait pour durer, se patiner et bien vieillir ! Je n'ai malgré tout pas pu résister à m'offrir d'autres modèles plus grand,plus petit, plus "habillé", pour offrir 😍 ... C'est un petit investissement mais pour la vie !

I ordeted the New Spring color "absolute blue" Fisherman's Musette and I'm very happy!
However, I would have loved to oder size "M" but this is not available. Please produce next time the New color(s) also in size "M".

I bought a "Scott, the writer's bag," with express delivery right before Christmas, when all shops and couriers are under additional pressure from impatient customers. The bag duly arrived in three days, and it looks gorgeous; robust, and elegant at the same time, and it is generally all that I wanted. I hope I will continue to use it for many years to come, and would gladly order another product from Bleu de Chauffe. Highly recommend!

a short follow-up on my experience with Bleu de Chauffe. After contacting Parcelforce and retrieving the lost bag my packet arrived and Thierry from Bleu de Chauffe proved helpful and conciliatory. In the end the story went wrong due to post-Brexit customs chaos.

( sac cartouchière ) et c’est exactement les dimensions que je cherchais avec en plus la qualité et la beauté, j’avais commandé dans le passé le sac plombier Léo qui avec le temps , l’entretien et sa patine et devenu une œuvre d’art ! je reste très satisfait de bleu de chauffe pour la qualité du travail et la matière utilisée ! toute ma reconnaissance et considération aux employés pour leurs travails ! Bravo !

bonjour , n'arrivant pas à passer ma commande sur le site , j'appelle. personne charmante au telephone qui me demande de changer d'opérateur ;;; N'a pas voulu prendre ma commande par telephone , ce serait trop long ...... Tant pis pour eux , commende pas passée et tant pis pour moi.....

I bought Postman bag Éclair S - Honey / Waxed Leather about 2 weeks ago. I regretted my purchase when I received the bag.

But before I explain why, I would like to give credit to Alex. When I asked for a shorter shoulder strap as I am Asian and is on the short side, he made as an special order for me without extra charge.

Because of that extra touch, I was so looking forward to receiving the bag. However, there is a very distinctive mark in the middle of the front flap. I contacted Alex and he explained that it is natural etc.

I love leather myself and totally understand the nature of it and its wear and tear. But not when it is brand new and the distinctive mark surely can be avoided to be put in the middle in the flap, as the whole bag was perfect.

I know there is nothing I can do. But I will not recommend this shop to friends and I will not be a repeat customer either.

Après avoir signalé des marques d’usures sur une sacoche business en septembre 2023 et maintes et maintes relances, la sacoche a été expédiée début janvier 2024 pour une réparation sans frais (geste commercial apprécié). Cependant depuis le début d’année, impossible d’avoir une information sur l’état de réparation et de réexpédition malgré diverses relances. Lorsque j’obtiens une réponse, les différents employés se renvoient la balle.
Le service client n’est absolument pas à la hauteur d’une marque « made in France » sur un positionnement premium. L’une des pires expériences avec un service après-vente que j’ai jamais eu. En espérant revoir ma sacoche peut-être un jour…

Purchased 2 postman leather bag from them less than a year ago and on the medium postman bag, the stitching started coming apart. Emailed after sales support twice and both times no reply from them. Stay away from the Bleu-de-Chauffe brand. Terrible workmanship for the price and even worse after service support!
