The delivery time taken was longer than expected but the product was pretty good.

I have tried contacting them 3 different times for over a week. And nothing. It first started out when they text me telling me that one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Then asked if they could give me a credit. I told them to add more batteries to the order and now have a $8 store credit. And now own two packages of wrong coils that they cannot seem to get back to me about returning. I tried emailing support did not go through. Sales and info email went through. But no answer. There are plenty of great online vape stores out there and now this one is definitely off that list. You can't even give a review on there website. Never ordering from them again and i lost 8 buck "store credit "

4 days after I ordered they emailed me saying my order was Canceled due to "unforseen circumstances" . Never received answer as to why it was canceled. Do yourself a favor and use a legit well known site instead of wasting time.

Good site glad the are around with good flexibility of payment options and good selection of products.

1. Always in stock with Bam's Birthday Cannoli

The bad:
1. Costs too much. I can find it at other places for $10 bucks. You guys are doing a bit of up-selling here...
2. High shipping prices. USPS SUCKS! Always expect your order to be at a minimum two days later than expected.
3. No customer incentives (coupons) UNLESS you're purchasing a minimum of $50 bucks. Suggestion, think quantity here. If you offer even more coupons for prices under $50, you'll get even more customers. It will all wash out for the positive for you guys!

Everything I initially wanted was out of stock.

If you need to deal with customer service, be prepared to wait days between responses.
I first received my device in a timely fashion, but it seemed to be defective. I contacted customer service and EVENTUALLY they approved an exchange and said they would email a shipping label. EVENTUALLY I got that. Then they emailed to say they had tested my device and it seemed to be working properly and they didn't know what my problem was. Then nothing. I wrote to ask if that meant they would send my device back to me. EVENTUALLY they said they would but I would have to pay the shipping, so they would call to get payment information. EVENTUALLY they called. I was charged for shipping about a month ago (almost 2 months after my original purchase)and haven't received my device and can't get anyone to care enough to tell me where it is. Wow.

Love you guys! We had a little mix up with some ejuice I ordered and even though it wasn't your fault you still replaced the 3 items.
