Tobaccopie Arvostelua 32

I placed an order from Ted's Tobacco. After several initial auto emails, I thought everything was good. A week later I realized they asked for my ID day after I placed my order. My order was never sent. I have emailed customer service several times and have still not been issued a refund a month later. At this point, I feel I was scammed. There are better Tobacco supplier out there, do not recommend Ted's Tobacco at all!

SCAMMERS. STAY AWAY!

Never received ordered in October 2023 cigarettes. Unofficial payment request was kind of suspicious, but I accept the risk.
Don't repeat my mistake!

It has been more than 2 1/2 months since order made and no product has been received. The confirmation of the purchase included a bogus tracking number. The company has been nonresponsive to my follow-up emails. Wish I had looked at this company’s reviews before ordering. My recommendation would be to stay away from them.

I ordered on 1/3/2023 and received email on 1/6/2023 order number 120397 and tracking number UD614553249YP and after a year when tracked it tells me label printed but not in system and after six months they just ignore any questions the last email l received from them they said having problems with shipper

Based on the previous positive reviews I decided to take the chance - what a mistake. My order was placed on January 12th. A couple of weeks later I received what I assume is a bogus tracking number that now shows my product landed in the US on January 23rd. They will no longer respond to emails or chat messages. I decided to look up the address they use in Chicago and it looks like an abandoned pallet factory of some sort. Do not send this company your hard earned money and shame on the people who wrote the reviews that led the rest of us to trust them!

Same here: I paid for the order, and then you get a tracking email, just to keep you busy/waiting.
The tracking email already 3 weeks long is saying "Label has been created"

I will never get my cigarettes.
And again this will be 1 more time in my life I got scammed (besides all those eastern block russian/ukrainian woman I mean of course)

Another thing I noticed is that there are also many positive reviews here about Tobaccopie.com.
That is a serious thing, because Tobaccopie.com 100% for sure is a SCAM, so those positive reviews have been added by bots/zombies working for Tobaccopie.com.
The rating of Tobaccopie.com gets blurred because of that.
Of course, for Trustpilot it is impossible to find out whether a company is uploading their own positive reviews to Trustpilot.
Basically, when a company has 50% positive and 50% negative reviews, you can trust on it that those positive reviews were created by the respective company itself.

This is a fake website please people don't order nothing from them they fake. I have reported them to the FBI and FCC. They will take your money and you don't get your items

Hard to fault, ordering was easy and goods turned up on time well packaged. They do what they promise.

They do not respond to emails, the label is created but not yet in the tracking system, in Holland that means that they bought a label but not delivered the package to the postal office.
I hope that the universe will give them what they gave to others..

Stay away from this website. It is fake. Like others, I knew this probably a SCAM but I was still gave a try. Sorry to myself and I have not forgive myself doing this. I couldn't file a claim due to PayPal payment method. SCAM! SCAM! Don't even give a try!! The never ship the products to you. I felt I am so stupid this time. :(

I have been waiting months for my cigarettes and it appears they may not be coming so this could be a total scam site I would say don't do it

Tobacco pie is a scam! Any good reviews are a lie!
You will never get customer support. You will never get your package. You will get a tracking number that is none working. Go to 17tracker.net to see the progress of the package. I ordered about 8oz of tobacco. The UPS tracking was for 0.40oz .0250 lb. The weight of a postcard? USPS said the package is going to New York and not to me in California, to contact sender. No response. Later UPS, USPS and 17tracker.net said insufficient address, package returned to sender. Its all a game. Never receved a response or effort to solve any issues. They also ask to be paid on PayPal as family and friend. I called my bank and disputed the charge. Tobacco pie says its out of Illinois USA but is in china.
I never receved the product (tobacco). Still was charged on my card and they never reached out to me to resolve this matter. Tobaccompie also never responded in anyway but to say, just wait for the package or contact your post office. That was the ony responce out of 6 attempts to contact they by email. No phone number. It is their responsibility to track a package and I told them the post office and UPS said I must contact the sender. Tobbacco pie just keeps playing their game and care less about you after they get your money! They said, we sent it to the address you provide. Do you see their game? I never gave them an adress in New York. Even if somehow the shipping company mixed up the tracking numbers, Tobbacco Pie was the only one who had the control to find the package and never gave any effort.

Do not ever ever ever use this web site .they will take your money and send nothing . I ordered on oct 31 it is know Jan 3 and nothing . They never email you back won’t call they just take your money .

SCAM!!!! I placed my order on Dec.21st and received a confirmation but never received a tracing number nor my order. I have emailed several different ways and times and I received only one response telling me that my order was shipped to the email on my account but never received a tracking number or my product. I am retired and on a fixed income and these people should not be able to get away with this.

The only thing I received after placing an order was a confirmation then the next day I got the bogus tracking number. Do not do business with them.

I just want to add that I still have not received anything from Tobacco Pie. Not an email or a package. I am out $170 and I am not happy about it.

As usual my order was delivered very quickly. Have been buying from Tobaccopie for a long time now and they never let me down. Thank you.

ITS A SCAM.
I made an order before 1 month.
It didn't came .I asked them like 100 times but they dont write you back. Then i finded out in internet that like me there are too many others who ordered in this page.
