Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. I paid extra for fast delivery. It should have been delivered 5 days ago but after raising a case 5 days ago when it wasn’t received, through their chat bot (you cannot speak to a human) I have received an email today saying that it hasn’t been printed yet and I will receive the goods next week. This is after the event when I needed them so I have had to get them printed elsewhere and the chat bot says that they will not cancel the order and provide a refund. Unless you don’t care when you receive your purchase do not buy from them! I would recommend Beanprint who despatched my order within one day.
