Worst customer service ever
Ordered some leaflets which arrived fast so I ordered some business cards and some magnetic signs the business cards have arrived but the magnetic signs are a no show. No shipping updates since 26th September and There's never a live agent to talk to. The automated ai just updates the open case and no one as got back to numerous requests. Got to be the worst customer service ive came across.
I wont be using these again lost a regular customer now from the start.
First impressions count more so in business

Awful
Awful, Ordered on 24th September and paid extra for fast delivery supposed to be delivered 3 days ago and is still supposedly in production and not even being sent for delivery yet and with no response from customer service and is now too late for when it’s needed. Didn’t even arrive before the standard delivery date. Absolutely ridiculous do not recommend and want a refund.
