The delivery was fine. The hearing aids just do not work well for me. I almost need a lower volume setting or a different frequency range setting. Certain things like radio and tv sound a little distorted.

The instruction booklet is woefully inadequate and incomplete. I was able to use the aides because I have used other aides and spent a lot of time experimenting.

GOOD QUALITY...EASY TO SET UP

The delivery of the device was accurate and remarkably fast. I am just now trying the product and can't rate it yet althought firest impression is that it will work well.

I have been an expensive hearing aid wearer for approximately five years. Because of Covid and wearing masks my left side broke. I tried two other companies and ended with Beniwave. They came almost immediately and I can now hear again. Still trying to get my expensive set repaired. Any new users all I can say is once you receive your hearing aids ……USE THEM EVERYDAY…

Overall good, having problems with background noise in restaurants. Don't Like the tail that hangs off. Can these be cut off?

Ordered the LUNA for my hard of hearing mother, got the wrong ones and the company CANNOT be contacted to get a return started. Will be doing a charge back with the credit card.

Would have liked a user manual with better explanation of the different setting levels.

Ordered the hearing amplifiers from this company for my 91 year old mother. They said the order would 3 to 5 days, and we got them within the 5 days. Package was intact, I opened the box inside the box, read the directions I charged them for 4 hours and guess what, they were charged in 4 hours, I click the volume up, and she said they work perfect. So this is why I give 5 stars, I really hope they last for awhile.

My husband likes them a lot but it’s hard for him to turn the volume up or down cause his hands are so big n he’s 71 so it’s not easy to do or see. I don’t think he has them in his ears right either , so we are gonna watch a video of that. Thanks

Hearing aids amplified the sound that was both loud and clearly. They felt very comfortable wearing them.

Been using Nano SX2000 aids for about 2 years, going through batteries weekly. It's great to just put them in the case at night and their ready in the morning, plus your product has more hearing power. Glad I bought your product.

Never had hearing device's before. I like these but have to get used to them. Right out of the box they were charged easy to fix. Hold a charge for a very long time, 2 days and still charged. I did what the instructions said and charged them 14 hours. Comfortable
after you get the right tops on them. Wish they would go in my ears farther. Seem to stick out more then I like.
Well worth the money.

The hearing aids are comfortable and working well. So far I am very happy with them.

I am very happy w/your customer service my right hearing aid was dead so I was only using the left one, I texted you & they sent me another pair THANK YOU now I have both & I haven’t heard this well since I don’t know when ! I am happy camper so much easier to be part of the conversation then not .
