I have luna pro and hoped they would last longer. They will not charge anymore. A year & a half is not a long time for $409. Canadian. Can they be reset or do I need to buy another set ?

I have two pair of Binowav Hearing Aids and both are now totally dead and I do not own them very long. I would expect they be replaced free of charge as I am totally dissatisfied.

I saw the ad for Binowav and decided to order them. It took about a month to get them, since they come from China, a detail the company didn't mention.

I've been wearing hearing aids a couple of years, so when I finally received them I wore them over the weekend, to try them out.

During that time I couldn't get a good fit, no matter which tip I used. As a matter of fact one of them got stuck inside my ear. My wife was able to get it out.

When I contacted customer service to get return instructions, I was informed that I would have to use them 60 days before they would issue a refund. That isn't what their return policy states.

I'm stuck with them until December 7, at which time I will contact them again.

I believe this company's advertising is misleading, and once this is resolved, I wouldn't recommend them or their product to anyone.

The product is pretty good but their customer service is non-existent! I had a device fall apart in my hand that was only a few months old. Sent inquiries to them multiple times by email through their web site. None were answered. They don't give a number to contact them.

I was decent, but didn't last long for both hearing aids. Didn't even get a full year out of them. They did the job, nothing fancy.

This hearing aid just did not work for me. I checked the return policy before I purchased it and it reads if returned within 45 days you can return it for a full refund. When I requested the return they charged me a restocking fee and return shipping. They asked me not to return the hearing aid. How can they charge a restocking fee without it being noted in their return policy??????

I ordered them and they didn't work for me. I returned them and wasn't given a full refund, $50 short! No where in the ad does it mention anything to that affect. I've emailed them twice with no response. I will be contacting the attorney general's office!

When they’re working, they’re great. They have a short life. Don’t last very long. I bought three pairs already and I’m about to order my fourth. Always have a back up new pair. I consider them to be throwaways. For what I paid for my first hearing aids that weren’t that great I can buy 14 pairs of these.Much better value. The company is very responsive to their customers with good service. Highly recommended them.

What does the one year standard warranty cover? One of mine will not hold charge long at all. I am within the year warranty time but was told I needed to pay $89.00. ????

After wearing a pair of a different manufacturer of a Much More Expensive set for 4 years the whole time was LESS than satisfying. I was Let Go of a job because I couldn't Hear the door chime. And they NEVER got adjusted so I could Hear all levels of sound.
Then comes Binowav.! I had my reservations before I even wore them! Here's a set that Only needed to be charged up period!!👍once in my ears I could here no adjustments needed. The sound level was fine. All the issues from before I Did Not experience Now. There effortless! The price is one Anybody can afford...far better than $4,700.00(On Sale)👀. I personally need larger ear cups/caps to get a Better seating in the canale. I've tried 3or4 other in ear brands before Binowav this set..I'm done searching..these are the Real Deal at a Low Price for High Quality! Oh!...no I'm Not getting Any Bennies for sharing this with people searching for the Right setup.

I called and ordered a new charging case for about two weeks. I didn’t receive anything so I did up calling the customer service team and they looked up the tracking number and couldn’t find anything so they upgraded my Terri needs to some better ones which I’m supposed to receive on Saturday so I’d like to take this company in the customer support team for everything. Thank you.

Product not received by delivery date when purchased. stated out of stock after I contacted them as to when the product would be shipped after a week showing not shipped.

I was able to hear my sweetheart whisper I love you even when someone says I love you if it has to be shouted it certainly doesn't sound very romantic.

These hearing aides are excellent for my husband but just recently he has been having trouble with one of them not working correctly

I did not expect much for the price they charge. I was blown away that the quality is just as good as the $2700.00 pair of hearing aids I bought at Sam's Club. I love the toggle switch which allows me to turn up or down as needed.

They helped me when I had a problem. And then solved my problem
