I have two pair of Binowav Hearing Aids and both are now totally dead and I do not own them very long. I would expect they be replaced free of charge as I am totally dissatisfied.

The aids were only sound amplifiers. Could not hear voices clearly. Tried to return in the 45 day trial period but was told it started from the date of purchase not date of delivery. I missed return date by 2 days and didn't even have use of them. Would not last all day on a charge.

THE COMPANY IS A TOTAL JOKE. BE WARNED
Bought a pair of hearing aids and the right one would not hold a charge after 3 months. It stated they have a one year warranty. I finally got in touch after trying for 2 months and was told I could buy another pair at a discount and that was the warranty. So the warranty was I COULD BUY ANOTHER PIECE OF CRAP! What a joke

Very disappointed I bought the Luna hearing aids for my step father we charged them as instructed on the directions now they are only staying charged for 5 mins..I emailed like I was instructed to and still have not got a email back for my return..my 45 days will be up in 2 days beyond frustrated..the customer support number never works..so now I'll be contacting my credit company and get a charge back

Bought for my father
Bought for my father. He is very impressed with them. Trying to get ahold of someone is another story. The telephone number on the website rings busy or isn’t answered. The telephone number provided in a response on one of these reviews is a no go as well. So needless to say. Horrible customer service. Good luck trying to get ahold of someone within your 45 day timeframe for returns.

This is WONDERFUL
This is, without a doubt, the BEST hearing device I have tried. I have tried 14 different HEARING AIDS, and they were all terrible....nothing but background noise, the wind blowing, the traffic..it was awful The Binowav has NO BACKGROUND NOISE and NO WHISTLING. After two years of searching....I've found BINOWAV!!! Thank you!!!
