Product was delivered efficiently and I was kept informed of delivery details. Worked when set up and was in good order.

It never turned up.
Ordered a jet wash which had an expected delivery date of the 5th Jan 2026. Didn't arrive so I checked the tracking. The item is still in Newcastle with the courier.
I emailed support 7th Jan to see if they had any idea when it would arrived and they told me it was in transit. Now it's the 9th Jan and still no sign.
I've asked for a refund and will source elsewhere.
UPDATE: Finally got my £299 refund 3 MONTHS later......not great at all Bimson

I’m really sorry for how this was handled. To be honest, we got totally bogged down in the "process" of fighting with FedEx over where the parcel went, and we lost sight of the fact that you were the one left out of pocket.
That was a lapse in concentration on our part. I’ve used your experience as a training example for the team this week to make sure we don't let courier issues get in the way of doing the right thing for our customers again.
I’ve now processed your full refund. I know it doesn't make up for the stress before the race, but I hope it helps clear things up.
