Missing parts
The order was delivered in 3 days, opened one of the boxes the large screws were scattered throughout,not in a bag!!!.
When i checked all the contents I was missing 60 screws! I contacted customer support with numerous emails it took a day to reply back and it was as if you didn't believe they were missing after the 4th email you said you were would send the missing screws, which you did....it took a week.
Your customer support could be much better.
After saying that the furniture set is nice but takes longer to put together than stated.

Happy with our purchases and delivery guys were great, however, delivery was one day late and no explanation was given for this until delivery guy told us there'd been a problem with the vehicles and no-one had been informed of it.

I have been sending multiple emails…
I have been sending multiple emails regarding my preorder and i haven’t received any response!
I haven’t received any dispatch information for my order. It was ordered on 25/06/2026 and it was supposed to be delivered on 25/07/2026.
It’s horrendous service as there is no contact number. I was expecting my order on 25th july and i don’t know what to do, whether to place another order or find something else. Please respond!

I have now been waiting over two weeks…
I have now been waiting over two weeks for a response and have still not received a reply. There is no telephone number available to contact you, despite me providing all of my order details in my previous message.
This was purchased as a birthday gift for my daughter, and she currently has no dressing table and no indication of when this order will be delivered. I am extremely disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service.
I was really looking forward to receiving this beautiful piece of furniture, but I am now beginning to wonder whether we will receive it at all. I would appreciate an urgent update on my order, including a realistic delivery timeframe.

I had to wait an extremely long time…
I had to wait an extremely long time for my return to be collected. The drivers never turned up, and I ended up waiting for six weeks. Every time I contacted customer service, I received another apology, but nothing was actually resolved. It was a very disappointing experience with both your company and DHL.
On one occasion, I even saw the driver drive past my street without stopping to collect the parcel. After weeks of waiting and constant inconvenience, the return was finally completed.
This whole experience was very stressful and frustrating. Unfortunately, because of the poor service, I will never order from your company again

This is my second of these sideboards, it looked so nice when it was put together that I ordered another one, they are good quality and very useful with drawer and cupboard space, the delivery was very good with both, for the price these are brilliant i am very happy with my purchases.

Very poor
Very poor. First delivery came completely smashed up and damaged / clearly a customer returned item. Customer service was excellent and a replacement was sent. Damaged again and missing parts.

Although packaging slightly damaged the goofs inside well protected and in good condition Clear instructions and all parts numbered ASSEMBLY TOOLS could have been be been of better quality and Allen key being on the small side made it difficult to tighten some of the moor difficult to get at screws Pleased with end result will recheck screw tightness in a couple of weeks

Incomplete order. AVOID USING
Ordered and bed and mattress as delivery was stated as 2 days later. Well the headboard was delivered that day but no bed or mattress. Chased for an update to be told that because it is a large order it comes as separate deliveries. The next day the mattress arrived but another 4 days later still no bed! Company uncontactable as no telephone number. Email responses are very poor and probably generic emails. The company have done nothing to chase and ensure delivery of our item. Avoid at all costs. Full delivery finally received a week later

Avoid this company
No notification of delivery. I was in but the 2 very large and heavy parcels were dumped outside my building with no attempt whatsoever to ring my doorbell. I’m sure this was deliberate so that I could not refuse delivery outside when they refused to deliver inside my property. I am a small, skinny pensioner who was physically unable to move these parcels inside. All contact from customer services was ignored apart from telling me that their ‘policy’ is delivery outside. This policy is not on their website, which I checked before I ordered, on my invoice or on their terms and conditions. Only by getting Trading standards involved was I able to get a refund and they are being investigated for misleading customers.

Unfortunately, your cancellation request was received after your order had already been dispatched from our warehouse and was out for delivery. At that stage, our Customer Service team advised that, if you no longer required the order, you could refuse the delivery so that the courier could return it directly to us.
Once we received confirmation that the delivery had been refused and returned, we processed a full refund to your original payment method. If you haven't already received it, the funds should appear in your account shortly, depending on your payment provider.
