The bedroom furniture I bought was great, it was easy to put together on my own with clear instructions.

The delivery of the items was across 3 days rather than the 1 day I had booked but luckily I had a few days off work so wasn't an issue

Small sideboard
When our small sideboard arrived, there were two of piece number 6 when one of them should have been a piece 5. My heart sank as I’d seen other reviews of people having communication problems. However, I used the email route using the support email address and got a response just over 24 hours later. The correct part was sent out individually and promptly, so no trying to get all the pieces back in the box to return. We are happy with the sideboard which also arrived sooner than the estimate. Very reasonably priced too.

Refused to offer replacement of faulty item
We bought a single ottoman bed for our daughter in October 2025, in August 2026 the mechanism failed meaning the steel frame came away from the bed leaving it in a dangerous condition and unusable. I contacted customer services who confirmed that as it was over 6 months old it was out of warranty and would not consider a replacement for this reason. I explained that while we understood the warranty had expired we would expect someone to at least inspect the bed if needed and offer a replacement as is a serious manufacturing defect. After several emails back and forth they simply kept quoting their warranty had expired and offered no further resolution. We will not be buying in future from this company and would encourage others not to as if you have a problems with an item they will refuse to investigate if past 6 months.

We’re sorry to read your review and to hear about the issue you experienced with the bed. We appreciate that the mechanism failing and the steel frame becoming detached is concerning, particularly as this left the bed unusable.
As explained during our correspondence, the bed was purchased in October 2025 and the issue was reported in August 2026. Due to the age of the product, we were unfortunately unable to provide replacement parts or offer a replacement bed.
We appreciate that you were disappointed with this outcome, however, we did provide a response based on the age of the product and the options available at the time. We’re sorry that this did not meet your expectations.

Ordered a set of drawers for our landing. Ordering and delivery were very efficient but unfortunately the colour of the wood is very different to the one shown on the advert. It has arrived a lot darker
