Buyer beware! I attempted to purchase a ticket through the website yesterday. All of the payment details were provided and the charge sent to my credit card, however I have still not received any e-ticket or acknowledgement of the order. My attempts to contact the company have been ignored.

Explainers and drivers were great; courteous, patient and helpful.
Big Bus Tours is great way to visit Dubai.

The tours were quite interesting and the staff was always kind, polite and helpful. It was really great that there were little bottles of water on board for refreshment 😅.

It was nice travelling on the comfortable hop on hop off bus. It is an easy means to visit the famous places in Dubai in one day with free cruise and free visit to the Dubai Museum Well recommended.

Good service and interesting stops etc...bus a bit crowded in the afternoon we were there though...and needs clearer signage about where to join the buses as we spent quite a bit of time locating the start of tour at the Emirates Mall.

La oferta de lenguas fue un fator de gran valía ya que hablaban en español y portugués. Y la oferta de agua muy bien venida. Gracias

We booked a 2 day ticket, which is actually sufficient for Dubai. The stops are partly not recognizable, if one always gets in at the same stop where one has dropped out, then this is not a problem, but if you are searching for an unknown stop, that can be fatal. To get water on board was a great option!
The night tour was too long, especially the time on the highway, it would be better to offer here perhaps 2 shorter tours. All in all, we have not regretted it, but there is significant room for improvement.

Nice different tours. Very easy to come on the busses. The busdrivers very nice and also the stuff.
On every bus were water bottles for free.
We found the night tour very good.
I can recommended the 5 days ticket.
