The water served on bus could be cold, but the bus and tour was amazing

Excellent to be able to book on-line and pay by PayPal - very reassuring. No trouble at all getting our tickets validated. Had purchased a 5 day pass - required more than a 2 day and there was no 3 day option, Took all the bus tours and the two marina cruises. The commentary on the first one (from the red route) was only available at the back of the dhow and there was no commentary at all from the second cruise (blue route). Would have given 5 stars if there had been commentary. Did not undertake the night tour as needed a bus ride to get to the start and would have needed a taxi back as it finishes after the last Big Bus has departed. This could have been co-ordinated better. It would also have helped if we had been informed that the 'live' commentary was on channel 13.

I had a incredible experience with these guys. The staff were friendly and it was the best way to see Dubai. I took the delux package and it was worth every cent.I used three days and was able to see 95% of Dubai. The dessert safari and night tour was amazing

Very disappointed on this occassion, waited in a temperature of 38 degrees there was no shade just standing by a building site and road side for over 40 minutes by the gold souk not good! Also the directions given for the boat cruise were incorrect so very frustrating.

Very friendly staff. It is a very nice and cheap (5 Day deluxe ticket) possibility to explore the main areas in the city and interesting spots. You have beautiful views to the different skylines of Dubai. I recommend this for everyone who spends a week in Dubai and is interested in a combination of bath and sightseeing.

Big Bus is very frequent, we didn't wait for long. There were also Big Bus staff at every stop to help you or answer any questions you may have.

A few buses we were on, esp the top deck - the A/C was not working properly - some blow only hot air, some only have A/C on top of certain seats. I think the company needs to do better in maintaining/checking the A/C esp. in the city such as Dubai where it can be very hot.

Next time, we would probably try another company (City Sightseeing) as their buses look newer and seem to have better A/C.

So hat eigentlich alles wunderbar gepasst, nur leider die Stationen wo der Bus stehen bleibt zum ein und aussteigen sind nicht beschildert. Wir sind eine Stunde umhergeirrt und haben Einheimische gefragt wo die nächste Station ist, bis es uns gereicht hat dann sind wir mit dem Taxi zur nächsten Station gefahren. Haben uns alle gesamt in die falsche Richtung geschickt. In anderen Städten ist das top Beschildert wo man hin muss.

The kids and I loved our experience in Dubai great commentry and free water was excellent.
Slightly supeised as i bought my tickets online to find out it would have been cheaper to buy on the street as they run promotions and you could get a way better deal🤔

I took a 5 day tour, REALLY WORTH THE MONEY, and was able to see practically all of Dubai, including night tour, Marina Cruise, Creek Cruise, Museum, dusk in the desert, and better understand this amazing place.
Staff were all very polite and gentle. A special thanks to Sicilia for her very amusing commentary on the RED TOUR.
Free Wifi on board was very useful, thank you.
Just a few things to point out, please they are not critics, just suggestions to improve your already excellent service:
1. Once you hop off its not always very simple to find the bus stop again considering that tourists don't have data to be able to use your App once off the bus.
2. It wasn't easy to find the pick up point to start the Marina Cruise, no signs along the Marina and was able to find it only asking a lot of people for the directions.
3. Also inside the Mall of Dubai and Mall of the Emerites there are no signs to find the bus stops and the only way was to constantly ask security for directions.
4. During the desert tour it would be better to inform the passengers before what they would find and tell them about the prices of the options once there, so they can plan and choose in advance (its not nice to ask the prices of the dinner once on the spot).

City route and Atlantis Palm routes were great, but rhe coastal route was pretty redundant ..... just a connection between the two others.

The staff on both the two dhow Dubai Creek and Marina boat trips were TERRIBLE!! Rude, unhelpful, not welcoming - all they wanted to do was sell drinks. They were not interested in providing any information about the city - Big Bus company should do some quality surveys on Dubai Boat Tours - you should expect better customer experience and a better desl ftom your sub-contract with them!!

Pls send our regards to Mr Anthony the tour guide at the Red Route. He has given us valuable info and tips on how to explore Dubai safely. The other staff are also friendly.

Booked Big Bus for 2 days in Dubai. Bonus that Bus would stop outside our hotel on the trunk of the Palm( Fairmont). Busses every 20 mins. Reasonably punctual, but traffic disrupts this , sometimes. Courteous drivers. Cooled bottled water free, on every bus. It's a vast City and for approx £55 for 2 days, it's a cost effective way to see the sights.
Air con, inside, which is essential. Nice to sit up top, outside when moving but can get a bit stiffling in traffic. 3 routes do converge at shopping malls. Bit chaotic, til you get used to it. Always someone to ask and give advice.
Overall value for money to get you around a massive city.

Very enjoyable way to get around Dubai. It’s a huge city (and not pedestrian friendly) so a bus is definitely the way to go.

During my family trip to Dubai April 2018 , using the Biig Bus was a great way to see the city and to get out and experience the culture. We did the day tours and night tours. It was an awesome adventure before retiring to the USA. Thanks Big Bus we couldn’t have done it without you.

One of the main issues is, as Abu Dhabi, the routes are far too spread out and the times too long. The geography of these two cities is not your fault but you could adjust it to suit better. The time taken getting in and out of the main shopping mall stops, especially Dubai Mall, is a shambles. The staff generally tell you what you want to hear rather that what is actually happening. The supply of water, especially in that heat, is very welcome, the headphones adequate for the time but, apart from the visit Sharjah,the "live" commentary was non-existent. The desert trip was good except you are dropped off at Wafi and told to get a taxi back to Dubai Mall. The night trip was a mess, the bus waiting to take us was, for some reason, rejected and we had to wait for another two before one was selected. No reason, for the change or delay, was offered. The night commentary was an edited version of the daytime but did not reflect that it was now dark. There was also, unlike New York, no time given to taking photographs.

this is very useful concept and very helpful but marketing guys at the stops spoils the party ...we found them mean, greedy and somewhat not explaining properly about ours benefits simply because we purchased the same online and this is somewhat very biased and wrong attitude and approach as we had not purchased ticket through them....at the bus everything very comfortable and very nice and courteous people....i do believe interlinked busses connections/stops need to be increased though...I wanted to mention particularly Mr Ali on our tour to Sharjah who was very courteous and out of turn help to make us feel very comfortable at foreign soil....and so one point cut because of marketing people indifference attitude at all stops......

Love the Big Bus. I take the tour of a city of visiting so that I can get the highlights to plan what I want to explore in detail. Redline has a live guide, while the Blue and Green has very good recordings. Easy on/off and plenty of staff to assist. Print your tickets at home if you can, some e-ticktes purchased day of didn't scan well.

The pickup point at Baniyas street was not identifiable. The recorded commentary was not very informative. The live commentary was not audible. It was not crowded. The bus has cold water which is good. The timings (every 20 mins) was not accurate.
