Had a great experience on all ourtrips over 5 days. Zahid was amazing as our driver twice.

This is the best way to see Dubai. Enjoyed my driver Hamraz with lots of knowledge and very helpful. This make it easy to get around and set back and ride without stress.

I normally am a huge advocate for the big bus. I choose them over over city sightseeing etc. I have been on big bus San Francisco, la, Miami, New York, Philly, Chicago, Paris, Dublin, Las Vegas, Munich, Rome, Madrid, Washington DC and lastly Dubai. My Dubai experience I will never ride with them again and I'm going to leave a one star review on all the possible places.

I got off at the Atlantis aquarium and somehow from getting on the bus to aquarium I lost my paper ticket. I understand their rule lose the ticket lose your ride. But other countries uses the app and I can just show the app.

I purchase the ticket yesterday and it was good for 48 hours from when I redeemed it.
However, they wouldn't let me back on the bus and had to spend 150 aed on a taxi.

Clearly they should use the barcode and scan tickets vs just looking at a paper receipt.
This way they can valid your ticket. So even thought my ticket was purchase less than 24 hours ago with 48 hours pass the ticket both lady couldn't do anything and the WhatsApp chat she has with her supervisor were unwilling to help. So I wasted $103 usd on hop on hop off bus I can not use.

I am very disappointed in big bus since I been loyal to them even with their other competitors. Now city sightseeing will gain my loyalty.

Für meine letzte Dubai Reise wie immer den Big Bus Dubai mit dem 5 Tage Ticket gebucht. Kann damit in Dubai die Stellen an die ich möchte schnell und einfach erreichen. Ich bin BIG BUS Fan.

Wir haben die 5 Tages Tour Deluxe gebucht. Um einen 1. Eindruck zu bekommen ist das sehr gut. Leider mussten wir an den Stationen die sehr unübersichtlich sind lange warten. Halbe Stunde. Somit war der Tag schnell um.
Sunset Adventure nicht empfehlenswert, 45 hin knappe Stunde zurück, lieber eine vernünftige Tour buchen mit Essen etc.
Bootstour hat uns eine Familie im Bus erzählt wäre genauso eine Katastrophe gelesen. Die war am nächsten Tag in unserer Planung, danach nicht mehr.
Besser 2 Tage für den Überblick buchen und alle Unternehmungen bei anderen Anbietern buchen.

Unglaublich schlecht!!! Wir waren vor 4 Jahren bereits in Dubai und haben den Big Bus genommen. DAMALS war echt echt klasse. Heute kann ich leider nur davon abraten! Die Bushaltestellen sind extrem schlecht ausgeschildert, sodass man sie gar nicht findet wenn man nicht grad an der Haltestelle ausgestiegen ist. Eine Map mit den Haltestellen gab es auch nicht! Wir haben ein Foto von der großen manp an der dubai mall gemacht, zumindest konnte man etwas darauf erkennen. Auch im Bus selber wurden die Stationen nicht angesagt. Angeblich sollten wir auch am dubai ain halten, allerdings sind wir gar nicht auf die Insel drauf gefahren sondern direkt zur Marina. Von den Erklärungen im Bus will ich gar nicht anfangen. Uns wurde erklärt dass das dubai ain ja im Bau wäre und 2020 eröffnet werden soll, gut das wir bereits Dezember 2021 haben und das riesenrad schon längst fertig ist... Dann kommt der Bus nur noch stündlich (Früher alle 30 Minuten). Mitten in unserem Ticket (wir hatten 4 tage) mussten wir über die Internet Seite erfahren das die blaue Route gestrichen wurde!
Früher gab es Wasser und WLAN an Board das wurde jetzt auch ersatzlos gestrichen. Ebenso wurden Früher nighttours, daufahrten, wüstensafaris und vieles anderes im Premium Ticket angeboten. Diese Aktivitäten stehen auch immer noch auf der Website, werden aber nicht mehr angeboten. Komisch das man route updaten kann aber sowas nicht raus nehmen kann.

Mein Tipp kauft euch lieber eine metro Card und nehmt das Taxi für kürzer Strecken, das ist deutlich billiger, effizienter und komfortabler!!!

How can a company this big have no contact telephone number and you can only talk to a chat service with repetitive answers. I purchased 4 x deluxe tickets pre covid and as I was unable to travel the validity was extended. I was told to contact 2 days before travel to have them re issued.... to be told they don't sell that ticket anymore ( it had lots of extras trip to aquarium, safari tour etc) so now all I'm offered is 5 days on a bus and only 1 route is operational! No chance of a refund because they don't do them apparently. You can not provide the service I paid for so how can I not get a refund. They agreed to escalate the issue and I will here back within 14 buisness days... I'll have been to Dubai and back by then!

Easy to book and looking forward to this experience on my stopover to Maldives.

Man muss um das Ticket zu bekommen, auch wenn man es online gekauft hat zu einer bestimmten! Haltestelle fahren um das online gekaufte Ticket umzutauschen. Wozu also online kaufen frag ich mich??
Nimmt viel Zeit in Anspruch. Die Busse waren ok auch in deutscher Sprache. Jederzeit wieder. Wir haben allerdings sehr viel Zeit damit verschwendet. Haltestellen zu finden, da diese nicht gekennzeichnet sind. Ich frage mich bis heute, wie andere Menschen das wissen, wo Haltestellen sind??? Darum empfehle ich, nur dort einzusteigen, wo sie ausgestiegen sind. Wenn man eine Station gehen will, ist das unmöglich die Station zu finden!

The worst!!! I bought my tickets with an extra fee because of the visit to the Aquarium at Atlantlis and when we arrived it was closed because of a private event! I tried to get my money back but the manager SEBASTIAN (if he exists) only told the lady helping us that it was not possible, then he decided not to pick up the phone and neither answer messages... I WANT MY MONEY BACK! You are too good to sell but you can’t solve a problem the same way you sell! When I make a trip I use Big Bus, this is the last time I buy from you because I feel scammed! Your book says the aquarium and lost chambers costs 165 AED so x2 you owe me 330 AED! I pay for what I get, and I didn’t get this part so I’M WAITING FOR MY REFUND!! Nobody told us that it was closed and this is not acceptable! I repeat I WANT REFUND!

And just to finish they make you lose a lot of time because the buses don’t arrive regularly between 20 or 30 minutes they are delayed mostly all the time!! 😡😡😡
