Big Bus Tours Budapest Arvostelua 602

Loved using the hop on, hop off buses. Got to see almost all of what Budapest had to offer. Trip to the Citadel cost extra on the little tuk tuk bus and they only run once an hour (whilst other operators came and went). Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would use again.

Excellent service that we were all really happy with. Regular buses & using the app was great as you could see where they all were. Would use anywhere around the world in future.

There was very little interesting information on this bus tour. More annoying music than anything. Bus drivers barely checked tickets and couldn't care less. Only thing that was useful was the app so you could figure out where the stops were and how far away busses were.

Hmmmm very good service to visit Budapest.

We are a little bit disappoint cause we waited about one hour at 12 bus stop number.
The negative review could be worste just because it was snowing and very cold.
We were with our 2 years old baby and we had to be outside to see the bus coming.
This hasnt been good at all as they say that the buses are coming in 15/20 mins.
A part of this episode, everything was good but 18 euros is too much for the service we had.

Although some lengthy waiting for the bus on the first day my emails were answered promptly and politely. The river cruise was fab!

This was a great way to get introduced to Budapest. One circuit see the places that you want to go back to and can plan future days on that. Can hop on and hop off at scheduled stops, river cruise was nice. Bus was clean well driven, staff was polite and helpful. Reasonable cost.

Good service! We did book the 3 days ticket with the Danube river cruise and the night tour included and we did appreciated a lot! I do recommend this company if you're visiting Budapest!

Good and enjoyable bus tour, although the joining spot was not well marked and there was a lot of condensation on the upper deck window. Staff were nice and friendly.

Big busses were great. A few needed their sound checked. Only negative was the little white busses taking people to the castle. Not very helpful and we felt a little pressganged. Liked the music in the bus .

Interesting informative . Commentary sometimes out of sync with attractions. Long spells of music .would have been nice to hear more stories. Really enjoyed it

Too few buses (only one every half hour while competitors have a bus every 15 minutes)

Too long waiting for buses to arrive at bus stops, no real timetable supposed to be every 15 to 30 mins but found ourselves waiting 45 to 50 mins sometimes in the cold, not many staff at stops to advise you, found other hop on hop off buses seem to be more frequent and more staff around.

Έμεινα πάρα πολύ ευχαριστημένος. Το χρησιμοποιήσαμε σχεδόν σε κάθε μετακίνηση για επίσκεψη των αξιοθεάτων της Βουδαπέστης. Είχαμε πάρει το deluxe εισιτήριο οπότε επωφεληθήκαμε και κάποια επιπλέον προνόμια. Θεωρώ ότι ήταν μια πολύ καλή επιλογή, επιπλέον υπήρχε η εφαρμογή και μπορούσες να γνωρίζεις σε πραγματικό χρόνο την θέση των λεωφορείων και έτσι μπορούσες να προγραμματίσεις πιο σωστά χωρίς αναμονή τις μετακινήσεις.
