Génial pour visiter la ville avec le pass Deluxe 3 jours .le personnel parle très souvent français et ils est de bon conseil .

Bad, long intervals between the buses, didn't enjoy it at all

Well organised, lots included, very interesting

The bus cannot really be used as transport as it is one way and you are often waiting 30+ minutes. The boat isn't really hop hop off ethier and the company as a whole didn't seem to take a 17 year old and 20 year old seriously even though we're paying customers like everyone else.

good. convienient routes,n frequency. visible easily accessable stops.
only issue was castle circuit,which is outsourced to other company??.
had difficult to find the other shuttle.

Great bus, easy to understand and gave you time to think where you wanted to get off and see the sites. Regular service to Hop on, Hop off as required for your own plan

First of all, the content of the audio tour is really boring. Hungary is a the only foorball nation that won the Olympic games 3 times. Eberything's grwat in Hungary, that's what all is about, it does not give you an objective picture.
The experience in the bus with the half-covered plastic roof was also not good: If it's sunny/dry, you don't feel as free as in their competitor's buses. In our second bus, it rained and the covered did not help at all as it is too short, has holes (not broken, that's a design issue) and from one seat it sprinkles over to the other. There is no drainage, so the water level on the upper deck rises and it's flooding back and forth with every break, turn, start and everybidy gets wet feet. A real mess and it did not rain a lot, just moderately!
For me it's astonishing that they obviously do not care about that issue (not the first time I have that experience with them).

Great routes around Budapest, combined with hop on hop renders local public transportation almost unnecessary :)

Good: very friendly stuff and drivers. Routes quite good.
Bad: Busstops were difficult to find. Bigger signage would be good. The maps are not easy to understand. Busses are seldom in time.

Audio was skippy, buses dirty. The app doesn’t show accurate information on buses location

No hassles - great experience

Deluxe 3 day ticket is a real value for money when you consider all the tours included in that ticket apart from unlimited hop-on-hop-of for 3 days!
We greatly enjoyed all the tours.

Website was totally outdated and No information about the route changes.
No information about cruise departures.
There was some race in the river due to which the cruise trips were canceled between 1 to 6 pm. But no any info on website, app or email. Took 3 hours to arrive for the cruise trip but ship was not going. Had to go back and come again after 6pm.
Frequency of busses is very few. Other companies 3 busses passes the stop while waiting for the 1 big bus.

Expensive service and a short line, many tourist atractions are not served by Big Bus.

FYI, dogs cannot travel in cruises due to Hungary Law. We were told it was ok to ride with our dog and bought cruise tickets. Fortunately, the cruise tickets were refunded. Please add this info to your website, it is very useful for those of us that travel with dogs

punctuality, availability, reliability and excellent quality-price ratio.

Leider haben in beiden Bussen bei über der Hälfte der Plätze die Kopfhörer nicht funktioniert. Fein wäre auch die Möglichkeit die Burg und Citadelle mit einem Eintagesticket zu buchen.
