Honest, Fair and Upfront
Universal Auctions have been really excellent throughout. Have bought and sold large plant on there and they've been honest and upfront and extremely helpful often working to very tight timelines. Adrian has been excellent and is honest and upfront in his dealings. Great service, wouldn't use a different Auctioneer. Fair fees also, highly recommended.

Don’t buy anything through the company
Don’t buy anything through the company, I have bought a van because I was late two days to pay as I was trying to get a vat number the have charged me £1008 for penalty when I have received the vehicle engine was miss firing and knocking they didn’t want to know, second one I have bought it was nothing like the advertised photo still they didn’t want to know. And now we bought a mercedes 2019 it turns up in Cyprus and chassis number and log book don’t match and also it looks tempered, now I wonder what is going to happen

They are advertising auctions for Asset…
They are advertising auctions for Asset auctions which are entirely fictitious. Bought a camper van, paid £20k and it turns out the van doesnt exist. They used pictures from the internet, then go radio silence when it comes to collecting the goods.
Its a miracle these guys are still trading. Its a con.

do not touch with a barge pole!!
do not touch with a barge pole!!
bought a caddy van from these , advertised as running and driving a1!!!
wouldnt give me a answer on when or how i can collect this van from the auctioneer , 1 week later was told delivery only at £250 , right ok . van was dropped off was told the battery was flat and would need jumped , upon inspection it had a 4 inch hole in the sump and has been running around the auction yard with no oil in and resulting in a seized engine , spoke to the ceo of wise remarketing which basically called us a liar and that its a trade auction and basically take me to court if you dare!!! these are the biggest con men in the game and i urge anyone to not buy a mars bar from bid spotter or any auctioneer such as these, £3000 later i now have a working van , which i could of bought from vw with 3 years warranty and have some change !!
do not touch

Jonathan's Terrible !!!
Spoke to a very rude auctionear named Jonathan. Only asked him if he could take an offer to the finance company as i can purchase and collect it immediately and he became so agressive and accused me of stepping over the line. He talks of doing this job in his 50's but upto date not learnt the art of actually selling the product !!!!
