João Fonseca is very friendly, funny and energetic. He is very knowledgable about wildlife and we have learnt a lot from him. All equipments provided are of good condition. A lot of food have been prepared for us before, during and after the adventure. The coast is beautiful and the water is quite clear, island and cave exploration is amazing. Some places are a bit challenging but my six years old daughter could overcome without much assistant. I highly recommond this activity to those enjoy kayak, snorkeling and adventure.

It was a great experience! We did kayaking, snorkeling and climbing. A delicious lunch included on the beach with a lot of homemade products. Johao was fantastic and very fun, he let us discover a stunning landscape of Partugal coast. Really suggested!!

What a fun and unique experience! If you're looking for an active, water-based day trip I highly recommend. I did it as a solo day trip out of Lisbon and everyone in the group was so friendly - we even got drinks in Lisbon that night together! Get ready to work - kayaking, exploring caves, and cliff jumping - adrenaline is high all day in the best way :)

Very adventurous, rigorous, but beautiful and fun activity! We got to see the beauty of Portugal, kayak, caves, and jump off cliffs!

What a great trip. Joao was a great host, guide and encourager. He had the energy of 10 people and it was infectious.
All equipment was provided, lots to eat and drink throughout the day, transport to and from pickup point worked well.
Please if you have time in lisbon, think about this trip ... you get away from the hussle of the city and see a different part of Portugal at a different pace of life.

What an adventure! Joao, our intrepid, funny and exciting guide made our full day absolutely amazing for me and my 20 and 16 year old boys. We kayaked for miles around gorgeous rock formations all along the coast of Arrábida National Parque, we went snorkeling 🤿, we went rock climbing, we explored caves that revealed peep holes that dotted the inside with sun rays that were effervescent. And then more terrifying for me and exhilarating for my boys, we went cliff diving into the crystal clear Atlantic Ocean, 3000 miles away from home. And, Joao made sure we always had water on hand and fed us all natural food and drinks he lovingly prepared in advance, including some from his family’s own gardens. It was extraordinary, you must reserve your own adventure today. You will never forget it!

We had a wonderful trip with Pedro. He knew the best spots and took great care of us.

Our guide was really enthusiastic, funny, and knew how to entertain. He also gave us a lot of information throughout the tour. It was really well organized to give us the best experience. The meeting point is at the zoo in Lisbon, so you don't have to drive. I never ate that much during a tour lol. We had snacks and drinks before we left his wonderful place for the day and another one in the cave. At the end of the tour, we enjoyed a lunch he prepared for us at the beach. Back at his place, you have access to showers and toilets, and we again had a chance to enjoy local food before he drove us back to Lisbon. Add to that the kayaking, the exploration of the caves, and the snorkeling, and you get a memorable tour.

Everything was incredible, I wish I could give this excursion 6 stars. João is full of energy and so much fun! Highly recommend

Joao was an excellent guide, super energetic and kept the energy up through the day. He is very thoughtful of your experience and your safety. He provides snacks, food and drinks throughout the day and even let us try oranges grown in his backyard. The experience was amazing as a first timer for all the activities such as kayaking, cliff jumping, cave exploring and snorkeling and I felt safe throughout all the activities. He is very knowledgeable about everything in the area and he shares interesting bits of information as he drives you to the start of the adventure. Highly recommended if you are looking for a high energy, fun packed day of activities by the coast.

We booked a day of rock climbing and had a wonderful and exciting time. The guide was extremely friendly, very entertaining, and could tell us a lot about the surroundings. Additionally, he was very skilled and provided us with helpful tips. There was something for everyone in terms of climbing difficulty, from easy to challenging, and we could always enjoy a stunning view.

João is an absolute gem 💎. He went above and beyond for each of the participants on his tour, ensuring we were enjoying ourselves, while keeping us safe.
