Looks like it would work well if it fit my main issue is instead of making it right this company basically tells you to kick rocks no return for it not fitting. Won’t be in business long I’m sure so buyer beware. It is definitely one sided with this company they could care less if your happy, satisfied just don’t care.
I immediately called same day it arrived and told them I wanted one that would work for my phone and that’s when I was informed of a policy no refund or exchanges possible in my case. Real quick answer.

I do want to say whoever is reaching out with the company now so we will see and I will update as they happen.

I wish I could give them zero stars. Never ordering from this company again. Ordered the dash mounted sticky phone holder…..holder did not stick and my phone won’t fit in it. Contacted for a refund and the response was “we are unable to provide a refund or accept a return when the product is correct and the request is based on dissatisfaction or personal expectations.” The request is based on my phone not fitting in the holder! This is horrible customer service and they won’t catch me the second time and I’ll spread the word! Crooks!

Very quick delivery and the product was outstanding, easy to order and if I need more I will definitely get them from y'all...

BAIT AND SWITCH!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!

The video showed the name brand COOLHILL. The product arrived today. I was sent some generic product. I immediately emailed BeverlyGoods and they refused to allow me to return them.

Bait and switch. AND at checkout, they asked me to purchase generation 2 at a premium. I agreed and paid because coolhill just updated and released generation 2 with a longer battery life and it goes to 199 instead of 100.

These people stole my money! At gunpoint without a gun. Just with deception and no integrity.

I will be writing this sane review EVERYWHERE Beverlygoods advertises.

This shop is crazy. The item was supposed to be and was advertised as less than $10 and is now somehow over $30. I don't want the item at this point especially when there's no reason for me to be paying for shipping and handling and then a predatory charge for insurance on top of that after I already took it off and it was somehow added back on without my consent.

I never received others I've purchased so I'm thankful I didn't!! This is exactly what my husband needs to navigate to Florida and back without taking his eyes off the road!!
Drives me nuts!! 😅

Was sent the wrong product as the product description was deceptive.
Beverly Goods refuses to take it as a return and either send me the correct one or refund me.
Don't buy from this company.
Cheap crap from China, poor customer service, no return phone calls from their customer service.
Waste of time and money for crap.

Ordered 2 hand held fans - they arrived not as advertised. Ad showed a sturdy hand held fan with a metal plate. The ad even highlighted condensation on the metal plate as an indication of how well the fans worked. The fans arrived and no part of the visible fan is metal. Additionally all fan settings are loud. When I contacted the company via email asking how I could return the fans and obtain a full refund, I was told that they do not refund based “ based on dissatisfaction or personal expectations”. I pointed out that anny expectations I had had been set by the product advertisement I was offered a 25% refund and told I could keep the fans! When I checked my bill I also noticed that they charged me a 3.95$ shipping protection fee that I neither requested or approved.
I am very dissatisfied with the lack of professional integrity Beverly Goods has demonstrated as well as their refusal to fully refund me when they are clearly violating the consumer protection guidelines with misleading product descriptions.

Update: Beverly Goods contacted me after this post and provided me with a full refund.

I can finally have room in my closets without those oversized plastic bin. Most of all great for storing all my comforters

Product arrived as promised. Happy with this product!

One of those cases where if I could rate it less, I would.

Ordered a 360 degree car phone mount that is supposed to stick on any surface. It doesn't.

Build quality is garbage as well. But that was not the big issue. The big issue was that I asked for a refund because the product was not "as advertised". Their response was that they do not issue refunds based on expectations. Well, my expectations were based upon what they said it could do in their ad.

Seems both disingenuous and dishonest. I don't care if they have a Ferrari for a dollar at this point. Their customer service was condescending and put the blame on me. I would not buy the car.

If there was less than 1 Star I would use it. Customer Service Phone Line is useless.
They state there is nothing they can do.
1) I was overcharged a fee called “ V2 Generation Product Upgrade” for $7.95.
Never authorized it nor do I even know what it is.
2) Product was a simple Rotating Car Mount for phone. DOES NOT ADHERE TO ANY PART OF THE DASH. $9.99.
Total $22.79 for absolute useless garbage.
