Ordered from Beut and was quite skeptical.

No order update or delivery info. Emailed customer services and also had no response. Thankfully purchased through PayPal and have been able to raise an issue. Also tried calling however the number isn’t in service.
Really disappointed as was looking to place another order but will go elsewhere.

We had a very smooth experience with ordering 2 Kartell AI chairs. Beut offered the best price as well as the possibility to buy single chairs (normally sold as pair). We received email updates throughout the process and the chairs arrived directly to our place in perfect conditions within the expected timeline! I purchased a Muuto sofa with a very competitive price. Waited for 6 weeks to have it delivered, as planned, and the team tried their best and rearrange their schedule to have it delivered the earliest possible. Delivery and set up were very smooth.

Decent price. Item isn't the greatest quality in terms of the finishing, but it's thermoplastic and I suspect that'd be the same anywhere. Beut had the best price I found for a genuine Kartell item, which shipped quickly and carefully.

I order two Tom Dixon champagne glasses that a relatively expensive item and hard to find. The price from Beut was significantly lower than competitors which attracted me them. I made an error on the delivery address and notified them and they were very quick to assure me all would be okay and delivered to the correct address. This is indeed what happened and the product arrived swiftly and in perfect condition - thanks and highly recommended

I placed my order (no. 1000374548) over a month ago. After 10 days I had heard nothing (longer than the lead time stated at the time of ordering) so emailed to follow up. I was told that in fact the item was out of stock, but it would be in stock the following week and would be shipped on a next day service. I was annoyed but let it go.

The ‘in-stock’ date came and went with nothing from Beut. It has been a further 10 days since then (over a month in total) and still radio silence.

Either this is misleading information on the website plus appalling customer service, or just a scam company.

Fabulous good quality products & a very professional service. Wallpaper fits to perfection after giving bedroom measurements & rearranging pattern in order not to have our birds hidden by the bed headboard & chests of drawers.👍Thanks Dixie for understanding the needs of your customers. I have ordered wallpaper, was waiting for order. After while I have contacted the company and spoken to very nice and helpful lady, 3 days after conversation got my delivery.

I ordered a Kartell masters stool, when removing the protective wrapping taped on with paper tape the stool coating came off on the tape. Clearly an issue with the stool, not with Beut. My email was responded to immediately by Dixie who arranged a new stool to be delivered to replace this which arrived 2 days later. Completely hassle free. The communication and customer service from Dixie was excellent throughout. Website/ordering and delivery communication excellent, I will definitely purchase from Beut again.
