Non delivery of bed
A particular bed, having been listed as in stock and being prepared for shipment, now won't be delivered until who knows when. For various reasons it needs to be delivered to my daughter, who got the phone call. It would have been nice to get an email with some sort of firm information.

I ordered the bedframe as the website…
I ordered the bedframe as the website led me to believe it would be 2 to 7 days. I ordered 6 days ago and still waiting for a text to confirm delivery date.
I e-mailed last week and the reply said I'd get one early this week. Tmrw is Wed so by my understanding that is mid week.

Awful Service. False advertising.
Ordered a bed before the 1pm cut off for next day delivery as advertised. Received a phone call the next day to tell me it was out of stock and will not be available until December. Had the audacity to then try and sell me other 'similar' beds. Timewasters - so be careful not to believe what they are advertising!

What an amazing company
What an amazing company. The customer service was so helpful when I needed extra info about the beds and delivery - I literally got emails back within the hour and I had a lot of questions! They really care, not like the big chains - will defo order for them again!

The whole experience was great .
The whole experience was great .. great communication.. even letting me know when it was going to be delivered and the driver phoned to say how long it was going to be .. very helpful too .. as for the mattress .. twice as thick as my old one .. quite firm and very comfortable...
