Easy and smooth working with

Utkarsh has been very helpful in the booking process.

The staff for this company are really proactive and are available most time when you have an enquiry. This is a really quick process when looking for accommodation for university. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to study away from home. Dhruv has been excellent help.

They were really helpful with booking an accomodation, the agent was really patient, helped make decisions and conversed greatly.

Really good experience today with Dhruv. Very helpful!!!

I just booked my student accommodation for next year through Best Student Halls and it was a very quick and easy experience. The representative would always respond very quickly to my enquiries and my offer was accepted the very next day. Overall, highly recommend.

Agent Dhruv was very helpful and guided me throughout the whole process to find a room suitable for me.

Your Agent Tanuj was very helpful and responsive in finding me the perfect place. Much appreciated

Great and easy platform. Friendly customer service.

Everything from the website to the customer help was excellent. The website is so easy to use and it’s options for shortlists was so so helpful in choosing accommodation. As soon as I’d sent an enquiry I had instant help, and a really helpful person who helped me throughout with fast replies and super polite. Overall 10/10 experience for a big part of the getting to uni process which can be super stressful.

The service is kind and the details show clearly on the website so that you can decide on the accommodation quickly.

Fantastic customer service .. helped all the way through the process.

The booking consultant was very helpful. Answered my questions and directed me well

Great site! I found great accommodation at a great price, and so easily.

Best ever, love it

The experience was made very easy by Rahuul Perera and it was a simple simple process.

The agent who contacted me from WhatsApp is Rahuul Perera. He is so awesome and patiently explained and help from start to finish. It was super smooth. Thank you for making it so easy.Highly Recommend for everyone who are looking for the accommodation in UK.

The person that was supposed to assist me in finding an accommodation made a big mistake and neglected to tell me that I had been reallocated and was put in a completely different flat and room that I specifically asked to be in. They sent me the wrong contract and because of this I had to go to the accommodation directly to ask it to be changed. When I then asked why I wasn't provided clarity as to what happened they said that they couldn't change it (which they could because I proceeded to do that through the accommodation) and they were just not making any sense in general. It was very frustrating as I asked for information on the room and they told me they'd get back to me but never did. Not only this, I was repeatedly ignored when I asked for specific details.

Prompt replies and everything is up to the point. The manager quickly (even before I submitted the application) pointed out that the option I am applying to is unavalable and offered availbale options to choose.
