Best Student Halls Arvostelua

The customer service was great. The agent who helped with the booking of my student accommodation was really professional, nice and helpful. He really made my booking experience very easy and seamless. Thank you so much Mr Krishnendu.

Great help. The agent helped with accommodation and answered questions on area and transport.

The staff kept me up to date with my booking process.

Vinayak was very helpful, he offered me good options to suit my needs. Thanks guys ⭐️🐈‍⬛

It was falsely promised to me that I would receive a voucher after paying my first instalment, which I have already done. Now, after following up on the matter, the student hall WhatsApp number is mysteriously unavailable. This seems like a deliberate attempt to avoid giving the voucher

Vinayak was very helpful and very quick to respond. He made the process very easy for me. I gave him a description of what I want And what my budget was. And within a few hours he came to be a good accommodation.

I managed to get an accommodation and complete my booking on the same day with his help. Great Service! Highly recommend!

They ar so quick and professional, they helped me to get a room so easy.
They was kind with me thanks for help Makrand ❤️.

The company was really useful and helpful, the communication was fast and clear, ‘Utkarsh’ helped me with the booking too which made my life loads more easier

Communication was amazing, smooth and quick.

I was a bit scared of trusting an online service as I do not reside in the UK and before signing I had five people checking everything. But I'm happy I trusted Best Student Halls because I will start my exchange semester with a lighter mind.

I want to thank especially my agent, Vinayak who helped me through the whole process. They were super quick to answer and it was super easy for me! Would recommend 100%

Please settle your outstanding invoice and stop ignoring our email. We have warned you on the email.

They helped find me the perfect accommodation and talked me through the process, really helpful for a nervous first year.

Do not trust these guys. This is a SCAM.

I wanted to reserve a halls room and they asked for a £258 deposit fee. They did not book the room in the halls I wanted. They then said I had to pay a £99 cleaning fee for a room I have never even used or seen !!

They then pointed me to the building owners who wanted another £250 deposit fee.

This looks like a SCAM and one to avoid at all costs !

Prices on website are wrong, they differ from the actual providers, told me to book it myself even though they charged me a booking fee of £100, promised to refund me £50 but then decided to ghost me - still haven't heard back from them.
