This is literally a SCAM! beware of this website. I did not purchase of any subscription and I was shocked when I opened my Gcash App suddenly they auto credited my balance even I did not purchase. 😭 Help me those have an idea to get back my money. 🙏😭

If I could I would give this company minus 10 stars, I would. Absolute scam. Took 95p and then a message came up saying there was a problem with payment and could I pay another way? Luckily NatWest messaged at the same time and said it was suspicious. My Credit Card has now been stopped. They even tried taking £39.95 whilst I was speaking to the bank. Funny that if when they said originally there was a problem with payment (eyeroll).
Please don't use this website.

Never use the bestpdf site, This is an absolute scam. I took an introductory pack of 0.95 USD. Then they charged me with $40 USD monthly payment.

This is a scam. They take your card details and add a subscription without telling you, then when you complain. They offer a free service instead of a refund. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. SITE.

I signed up for the £0.95 introductory offer only to discover the product didn’t work in the first place. At no point was there any clear mention of a £39.95 subscription, nothing appeared in my Apple subscriptions, and I received no communication whatsoever to say money would be taken.
A week later, £39.95 was debited from my account out of the blue. I queried it and got nowhere, so I contacted my bank, who agreed the whole thing looked like sharp practice and refunded me in full. Shockingly, just five days later, BestPDF took the money again.
This experience has been nothing but misleading, inconvenient, and frankly unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to steer well clear.

Scam company, highly recommend you do not fall to the .99p convert a document to a pdf. They will then take £39.95 out of your account. There is no way of contacting them.

I have tried to compress a file after the payment. They were showing wrong size(by 80 percent) as the compressed pdf size .if I download the file after compression , file size remains same.one of the most dishonest and sneakiest sites.

Please do not even think of subscribing them, nothing works it's huge scam. On 22 Jan I paid $.50 cents to compress one of my documents, after paying and trying to get the job done nothing worked, surprisingly again on 26th January got a mail saying that additional .50 cents will be deduced. I wrote to thr support and a bogus agent (Mark Customer care) and got the confirmation that my subscription has been fully canceled. Very surprisingly just now they have deducted $ 51 from my card and so cl Mr. Mark no more exist. Don't get caught. Its a huge scam

Yesterday January 28 in the morning, I used the bestpdf to convert pdf of my school file to Word, I did not purchase any monthly subscription, and there is no email or text confirming the subscription, and today, January 29 I woke up at 9am, I check my gcash account cause my mother send me 1 thousand pesos for my enrollment yesterday January 28, and now, I saw it my gcash balance is only 100 pesos, I reviewed the notification from my gcash and it was the bestpdf who deducted it and it cost 899 pesos, I was shock. Could someone help me get back my money that actually I don't know what is happening.

Their customer service is absolutely terrible! There’s no real customer service at all, it’s just crappy AI responses. I strongly advise you to avoid this overpriced company that won’t allow you to cancel your subscription!

It's an absolute scam. It doesn't translate anything, but they charge you and then offer you a free subscription without your permission, at a fantastic price... which they also charge for. It's a complete rip-off. They do reply with very polite emails, each one from a different person, saying they'll look into why it's not working, that they'll review it—all lies. It's a total scam; don't even go near it.

Ho fatto un abbonamento di una settima per trascrivere dei file. Per tre giorni tutto bene. Oggi 27 gennaio mi sono trovato un’addebito di 0,99$USD che non ho richiesto. Ho scritto al support, chiedendo, come mai di questo addebito, mi hanno risposto che questo importo viene prelevato una tantum, Mah….. Fatalità, successivamente, non funzionava più la conversione dei documenti, che ho utilizzato per tre giorni. Ho contattato nuovamente il support, non mi hanno risolto il problema e, continuavano a cambiare l’operatore tutte le volte che elencavo il problema tramite e-mail fornendo anche gli screenshot. Morale non fate abbonamenti con loro, io l’ho disdetto, mi hanno risposto che posso utilizzarlo fino al 30/01/26, ma, sinceramente se non funziona nessuna conversione, cosa lo uso a fare!!!!!Zero Serietà.

I confirm that it is a fraud! They are trying to stole my money by activating a subscription I didn't agree. I only used their service (for which I paid 1,95€!) to compress a file I needed urgently, but it did not work. The size of the PDF was the same after their supposed compression. Someone must stop their dark business.

This is a scam. The email said I can download my edited file at 1 peso only (minimal changes on pdf), and then the next day, they charged me 899, though I didn't opt in for a subscription. I still have the email confirmation about the 1 peso charge but nothing about the subscription.

Moral business practice needs to carry more weight against what's legal. The amount of money they've probably made with their methods should warrant serious investigation on why companies like this are permitted to exist. You will pay what looks like a one time fee only to find that they will auto charge you based on terms and conditions you unknowingly agree upon.

I wish I had checked these reviews first. This is a total scam. Stay away!!!
