SCAM!!! DO NO USE U CREDIT CARD!

Mi hanno prelevato 39 euro per un abbonamento mensile non richiesto a fronte di un primo pagamento PER UNA SETTIMANA pari a 0.97 euro. Volevo solo testare il prodotto ed ho fatto due dico due conversioni PDF TO PPTX, tra l'altro non precisissime. Non mi sono certamente accorto della truffa ai miei danni e a fronte di un mio reclamo mi hanno risposto che non restituiscono soldi, ma mi "offrono un abbonamento gratis" per 2 anni !! ma ch se ne frega. LADRI! e così leggo quanti sono stati fregati nello stesso mdo . SITO INGANNEVOLE. TRUFFA.

Website states 7 days for 95p ( UK ) a monthly subscription fee is hidden within the website which is not available for viewing until you are charged.

To top off these absolute arsholes charged me £9.00 for a phone call to complain and cancel. FYI the phone call was an automatic recording about a medical emergency bracelet and has absolutely nothing to do with PDFs!

I hope your offices get swept away in a tsunami and when you eventually get washed up it's next to a Boeing 747 with the throttle stuck on due to poor maintenance and every single one of your board members gets sucked into the engines and spat out onto the tarmac resulting in you needing to be wet vacced up. It's a scam! I used the trial and then paid, but they charged me for a full month and my account still doesn’t work. I asked for a refund, and instead of returning my money they only canceled future payments. No refund, no access to the service, even though I paid for the entire month. Really disappointing.

Shame on google for letting website like bestpdf to be topic search option when this site is total scam

Very disappointing experience. I made one transaction, but my bank account was charged multiple times. I had to cancel my card to stop the payments. This is unacceptable and extremely stressful. I expect an immediate refund of the extra charges and an explanation of how this happened. AVOID THIS WEBSITE!!!

And you cannot speak to them, they just send AI generated responses and it’s like talking to a wall. I’ve had to dispute the credit card charge with my bank. It’s despicable service.

1.95 € le document et 7 jours apres on vous prélève 39.95 et ne veulent pas rembourser.
si vous avez payé via paypal, demandez un remboursement directement à paypal, ce que je viens de faire.

Frauds. They charmed monies on my credit card without me taking any subscriptions.

BIGGEST SCAM EVER. Tried to download one document and asked me to pay for 1 dollar, thought it was ok to download one for 1 dollar, who knows it secretly made me subscribed to it which costed me so freaking much, at first I didn't realized but slowly I found out my e-wallet is always out of money, because it was auto-debited... without my consent. They should be legally investigated. Even when I want to unsubscribe or cancel auto debit, page shows I'm not subscribed :) I was so mad, it secretly took money out of me without my consent and didn't give me option to unsubscribe!

"If you have questions about canceling or charges, contact us anytime", written on the page, screw that, been emailed for months no reply.

I use trial and pay and one download was succesfully and after that it wont work and they charge money.
Policy say We provide refunds only as required by applicable law. For example, if you have experienced errors or technical issues with the product, you may request a refund by contacting us at … they should give you money back

Scammers. I paid for a quick PDF and then it turns out they hooked me up on some sort of subscription (didn't read the fine print) so when I contacted them and said I had no idea, could you reimburse me. They refused. No empathy. Bad / no existent customer service. Thankfully, my bank reimbursed me. avoid this company.

It's terrible, they charged my account without my authorization. I complained to the bank, Chase Bank, but they did nothing. I complained to them again and they still haven't done anything. You have to be careful, they are not trustworthy.

SCAM As with all the other I though I had signed up to use the company once for 95p but they say I signed up for a monthly subscription for £39.95

Scam website. I had a free trial and before I could cancel they charged me an annual fee and wouldn’t refund me. They offered me a free year trial and confirmed I wouldn’t be charged again. I asked if they could cancel my subscription and they confirmed. A year later, they charged me again. It’s a scam and they have no customer support only AI bots.

This company is a total scam. DO NOT USE! The website is very misleading in terms of what you will be charged. If you go ahead with what seems like a good trial deal BEWARE you will end up being charged many times more than you expected. They will not refund you.
