Do not buy from this company. Ordered their flame torch lights and after many weeks a box of junk light showed up in my mail box. Sent them 3 emails in which they did not reply. They put an American flag next to the product but they are made and the company is in China. Don't waste you time or money.

I also ordered the flame lights 2 months ago. Haven't recieved
anything. I do agree why PayPal continues to do business with these people. Do not order from them. SCAM

Ordered 4 flame lights and got 4 £1 poundland lights. Please beware when ordering from this site.

Scammed received pound shop solar lights, and not the flamed torch, I even read all the reviews on how great they were, why is PayPal not doing anything to stop payments if they have been alerted it’s a scam, and why are fb allowing them to continue advertising after so many complaints,

Clearly a bait and switch operation. Took six weeks and two emails to receive the wrong lights. The lights received were dollar store quality. Have contacted them 2 more times and received no response to date. Highly encourage avoiding this company at all costs.

I ordered 16 lights several weeks ago. Only 2 arrived and they are not what I ordered.
Stay well clear!

This company WILL rip you off and PAYPAL will do nothing at all.

Would have rated a minus for Bestkca. Ordered 16 torch lights 2 months ago, received their package last week after sending numerous emails. Opened the package and they sent the wrong lights! 😡😡😡 Trying to contact PayPal to get a refund. Do not order anything from Bestkca and do not trust the reviews on their website, they are all fake!

Total Scam. I too bought 8 solar flame lights from Facebook at £58, lights arrived a little over a month later and were no better than pound shop basics at a cost of about £6. Raised a report on Paypal, still awaiting feedback. emailed the company and guess what, nothing. BE AWARE, they are also posing as other companies of Facebook but the website are remarkable similar. Report these to FB when you see them. Conmen, Thieves, Robbers, Your day will come

FILE CLAIM WITH PAYPAL OR YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. paypal will give you up to 30.00 to ship back, cost me 27.75 shipping, refund will happen when they get their pieces of CRAP back to them in 4-6 weeks. I WONT LET THESE ASSHATS GET AWAY WITH THIS....

I’d like to give zero stars but I can’t ! I did receive my solar lights .. nothing like pictured . They are dollar tree garden lights and don’t even work ! I’m hoping I can get my money back from my CC company . What a scam ! Won’t order from a FB ad again! No invoice of any other info! So mad !

I ordered 10 torches from this company on April 28, 2020 and they still haven't arrived. I sent an email 4 times and finally I got a generic automatic response back that basically said that it takes time to ship around the world. Today is June 13, 2020 and I still have no idea if I got ripped off or if the product is still coming. I spent over $100. I don't recommend to buy from these people. Evidently, they are from China.

What a JOKE! I posted a review earlier....since that time I have done some research and it appears that they are using PayPal as a way to block credit card disputes....DO NOT purchase from Bestkca!!!!!! They are indeed a fraudulent company.

Ordered torch flames on May 11th and haven't received anything. This company scammed me and plenty others out of their money.

I ordered back on May 12th, still nothing. But I sure have been charged for the product. I have emailed and no response. Lesson learned do not buy from FB ads. Stick with purchasing from US companies. Now time to start a dispute with the CC company.

I ordered the flame solar torches back in April. Didn't receive anything until the end of May and then they were small 8" garden path lights that you could buy at any dollar store for $2 a piece. I was charged $55 and was told I received a discount. I have emailed and not gotten an answer. This company in my eyes is fraudulant and all of the ads and products should be removed. I guess I should be happy that I'm not the only sucker about these lights, but this scheme must be stopped! PLEASE BE AWARE AND DON'T ORDER FROM BESTKCA EVER!

I placed an order on may 2nd and have started a dispute with PayPal. It’s 6/10 and all I’ve heard is the lie about stuck in California due to COVID. Lame excuse. I’ve ordered many things since this and received them already.
