I would NEVER recommend going through this company! I placed an order for the torch lights over a month ago. They were quick to take the money out of my account, but the lights have been stuck in Los Angeles for 3 weeks. I ended up ordering the same lights through Amazon and got them the next day. I have sent several emails to this company with no response! BUYERS BE WARE!

The seller has obviously conned me and you are assisting with the con by doing exactly as the originally asked! Please READ ALL information I provided , including copy of the conformation order for 8 FLAME lights , I was sent £1 rubbish lights and charge £50 ! The goods were also sent in a parcel with a return address in UK NOT china! they must have have done this con all around the world in the hope firstly that people buy the FLAME lights then send them cheap rubbish light and when you complain they dont answer your emails and when you complain to pay pal they say send them back to CHINA and receivers expense ! This is FRAUD! I wrote already minutes ago but didn't not receive any confirmation that my complain had been received

This is a copy of an order I placed with Bestkca on May 12th 2020. I received a cardboard box with no invoice and no return address on June 1st.
The solar lights inside the box were nothing like I had ordered. So , I went through my original order and found a company email address asking for a return address as they had sent me the wrong goods.
I gave them all my details and my order number and online invoice which clearly showed the picture of the lights I should have received.
They replied saying that a lot of people make mistakes when ordering and this was what I had done and they weren't at fault!!
I have emailed 3 more times ,each time quoting their so called "30 day No quibble Returns Policy" and repeatedly copy and pasted my order reference and photo of the lights I should have received and a copy of the 30 day Returns Policy. They have not replied !!
I would strongly Urge people NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING from the company BESTKCA. They are a very unprofessional chinese company and a total disgrace .

This should have 0 stars. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. It’s a total scam. I ordered two sets of 12 flickering lights 6 weeks ago. Just received one set two days ago. NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Paid $76 each and what I received was these small little solar lights you can buy in the store for $1.50. Tried to contact them multiple times with no avail and also tried calling the phone number on the site which is not an actual number. Will be contacting BBB and the authorities. THIS NEEDS TO STOP!!!!!

Paid £24 plus postage for some beautiful garden lights, after waiting 1 month they sent lights that I could buy for 50p absolute con people. I wish I looked before buying them. Am reporting to paypal and facebook.

This company is a scam. Sadly I never order anything online as I do not want to get scammed, well damn was I ever!!!
I waited over a month and what I received was a complete joke, nothing what I ordered. What I received was dollar store garden lights.

this place and PayPal need a class action lawsuit. How in the hell can they do transactions fully knowing what is happening here. Complete scam by both companies. Both being reported to BBB and my credit card for deceptive practices and BLATANT collusion to do so.
I will get my money back.

I’d rather give the 0 stars!! Bait and switch going on here! Do not order anything from this company!! I ordered 3 solar flame torches for a total of $30.96. I received 3 solar lawn lamps that I could have bought at Walmart for $4 each. I emailed them and of course I get a response of “did you choose the right product when you bought it?”. My receipt literally says 3 solar flame torches. These things shipped to me look nothing like the photo and they certainly aren’t a flame looking light! Now they won’t respond any more. Bait and switch!!!

Ordered 4 solar flame lights. Waited patiently for them to arrive. Boy was I shocked. The smallest, cheapest looking lights were delivered to me. I could have bought the same lights in our local pound shop. To say I’m pissed off is an understatement.

This company is scammer! They offered to buy flame lights (6 ps for 55$), but in fact send you cheapest lights (less than 1$ each). Their phone is not working, they never answered e-mailes! But the company rules they said that customer can't get refund if the sold items were on sale. But the problem on their site everything is on "sale", and never mind that the same lights in shop are 4$, but on their site 6,99$ "on sale". SCAMMER SCAMMER SCAMMER!!!!!!!!!¡

Communication really bad and wrong product eventually supplied. The quality of the wrongly supplied product was really poor. Complaint made and again communication really really poor. Complaint currently going through PayPal.

Would suggest avoid this company (Bestkca) at all cost.

Bestkca is a total scammer. You pay $55 for $7.00 worth of junk and there will be no resolution to it.

They cheat you. They show the flame torch and I paid $55 for 8 and they sent me solar cheap junk. I could of bought 8 if those for $4 in my own city. Do not buy from these thieves,

Personally no stars!! They put false misleading marketing on their website. What you see & order is not what you get. They advertise on Facebook beautiful solar lanterns but if you scroll right to the end of the advert you will see a picture of what you actually get which is nothing like what you thought you were getting. This is their get out clause!

Should have read the reviews before we ordered, complete scam, do not order from this company. $82 Canadian for 8 lights that would have cost $20 at the most in a store.
Terrible quality and not at all what was advertised.

Bought solar flame torch lights and they sent me cheap dollar store ones. No replies to emails, total scam company!! Have heard the same from several people.

I've only had from them the same 2 emails saying i chose the wrong item.
On my receipt it confirms what i bought ....Not what they sent!!

I ordered 12 solar lights on MAY 10,2020. $70.46 ! Immediately charged to Acct. I have received NOTHING & it is JUNE 7, 2020. I’ve tried emailing. I tried tracking which always says no information found!! Fraud and I don’t know how to get my money back! $70.46 !!! I pd with credit card. I will turn into BBB & who ever else I need. Authorities need to be notified as well!
