Do not order from this company! I ordered 5 torch lamps and it took 2 months with the run around in emails written in Chinese and they sent me 5 cheap dollar store little lamps instead and said I had to pay to have them shipped back to China to then get a refund of over 50$.
I wish I had seen reviews before ordering!😡

Ordered flickering landscape lanterns priced at 70.00. received pieces of junk I could have bought at a dollar store. False advertising. Cheep products. Ripping people off

They sent me DOLLORAMA torches !!! I paid $ 80 for $ 1 torches. It was not at all what I ordered.

If there was an 8th of a star that’s what I’d rate it website seemed legit, can’t believe how stupid I was. I saw the package, for in my mailbox, I immediately knew something was wrong. No way those flame torches would fit in my mailbox. I emailed them since early May 2020. No response. Phone number is a joke. I will be reporting it somehow. Plan to see if PayPal will help with disputing the transaction DONT BUY

I am also one of the suckers that got ripped off by them. They should not be allowed to advertise on Facebook. I'm not done with these people yet.

Same thing happen to me spent $60 on dollar store lights! They replied to my email stating there were 3 options and I chose the stainless steal option claimed they would never deceive anyone! Looks like they deceived everyone! Funny that cause I saw it as an ad on Facebook I thought it was legit! How stupid of me!
The description in my receipt clearly says “flame torch lamp and then says stainless steel lamp! That’s their trick cause now they can claim we got what we ordered! I’m disputing with PayPal and if they don’t refund my money I will lose my mind on them!

Ordered 2 Flame lights from this company on the 22/04/2020 they did not arrive.
Paid by PayPal complained and they did not take action very disappointed!
Do not purchase from this company!!!!!!!

apparently i am one of many that got sent the wrong item as a scam. i ordered solar flame torches and got small $1 led lights for $65 , i should have looked up the site before buying. what bothers me most is that facebook and instagram keep letting these sites sell and scam people on their website. a complete shame.

These are the most stupidest thing’s I’ve ever received. They are worse than the Dollar Store lights, at least I could have taken them back to the Dollar Store for a refund. I’m glad I only ordered 4. So stupid.

Well, i could copy paste everyones complaints and it sums it all.
THis shady business sent me junk 8 piece lights that were NOT the flickering type advertised.
I have filed via my credit card company and will also report to local authorities

Did not receive what we paid for at all. These "flame" torches are the little ones one finds at the dollar store...

I order some flickering flame 🔥 lamps for me and some for my daughter, paid over £120

What we both received were crappy plastic tiny solar lights, very poor quality

I also ordered torch flame lights and received dollar store solear lights
I have written at least 5 emails no communication at all
I will contact bank and have the charges taken off my visa
Very very disappointing
Obviously this company is a scam as they have done the same thing to several people

Do not deal with this company. I purchased their flaming solar lights and received 3 garbage dollar lights. They were nothing like I ordered.

Very miss leading ad. Shows beautiful flame Torches with many colorful pictures. However no details about each picture with prices. Very last picture shows the cheap product that I received.Not sure I even saw that last picture .
I order this product described as Solar Flame Torch(buy8 get 10% off &free shipping)-stainless solar lawn lamp. I'm thinking ok made of stainless steel under that nice brown coating! Nice.
Email is only way to contact this company. Twice I emailed and got no response. Package came from a p.o. box and didn't even have this company's logo inside or outside the box. No invoice and no return information provided

I ordered 8 solar torch lights and received a box of junk from Bestkca. I could have gone to the dollar tree and bought them. I tried to get a refund from pay pal and they closed my case because they shipped junk. I sent the junk back to them and have not heard from them. Do not buy from them.
