FRAUD!!! You will not get what you order. There should be some legal system that stops companies like this.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!
I must confess that they did send exactly what I ordered, but they’re FAULTY!!.
They have NEVER WORKED, not even the faintest flicker.
There’s no customer service, so I can’t get them repaired (although they weren’t made to work!), replaced (I would have loved the genuine item!) or refunded.
IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME, PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!.

I purchased what I thought was Flame lights, but I got cheap lights that looked like dollar store items. When I ask for a return address, I was told there are no refunds. Not a repliable company.

Don’t order from them it’s a scam. They sent me dollar store lights. And I ordered flickering solar lights. And they won’t refund my money

STAY AWAY FROM 9 BESTKCA, WISH I HAD KNOWN. They make it appear as if you are getting something as a great deal, but its too good to be true. The listing showed 5ft tall solar torch lights for $40, I received 5" tall lawn lamps (you'd find in walmart); no help with a return or refund their response is repeating "we don't try to deceive customers" READ CLOSELY WHEN ORDERING NOT JUST AT THE DESCRIPTION BUT FULLY TO ENSURE YOU AREN"T GETTING RIPPED OFF BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT GETTING A REFUND.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Bought flickering solar flame torches for my Mom for Mother's Day. Over a month later, she received a pack of dollar store solar lights. Tried contacting, no response...surprise. Have a dispute open thru PayPal but it's not looking promising. Problem is, they ship a product...it's just nothing like what their website shows. Don't fall for this scam like I did. Lots of money and time wasted.

Typical Chinese rip off. Ordered an item that was pictured, described and even had a video. After about a month and half delay with the item being in the US, I finally got something in the mail. It was not what I ordered. The return address was a phony address in the US. I then contacted PayPal and told them about the problem. After over a month waiting for some resolution, I get notified that I could get my refund if I ship the item back to them in China. I'm not about to spend $20 to ship a $1.50 piece of junk back. Am also not at all happy with PayPal. Will be contacting my credit card company in an attempt to get my money back.

My 1st email contact with them was on June 5th. I explained that they sent me the wrong product. They returned my email asking if I ordered the wrong items. I replied that I did not and sent them pictures of what I ordered and what was sent. I replied that I did not order the stainless lights and ordered the solar flame lights and sent a picture of my order conformation and pictures of the lights I ordered. They replied that I did not buy the solar flame lights but the cheaper stainless ones. I again responded that I did not order the stainless and re-sent the picture of my order to them with along with a picture of what was sent, the small stainless plastic lights, and told them I wanted to return the items to them and get correct ones or I would like a refund, I even offered to ship to them first and then get refunded after they got them back. They finally gave an address to return the wrong lights to and said they would refund me, but the address they gave me was not a valid address for the post office to ship to, I told them I was done arguing with them and have now asked PayPal to help me and to place complaint that they are a scam company. Hopefully I will get my money back.

If I could give a negative I would....total fraud company...Facebook....get them off your site....I ordered the flickering torch lights in April. On July 10, I received a tiny box with 10 “stainless steel” solar lights, their best seller....When I questioned them, I was told I must have ordered the wrong lights and therefore no return since it was my mistake!!! If this wasn’t what I wanted, too bad but that I should reorder the correct lights from their web page!!! Really...I could have bought these lights at our local fleet farm for $1.99 same day purchase!!!! Instead if I did want a refund I would have to pay the international shipping to boot! Again stay away...wish I could have seen the reviews beforehand...lesson learned! Go to Hxxx!!!!

Lieferung dauerte ca. 2 Monate und dann auch noch falscher Artikel! Bestkca behauptet, dass es die bestellten Lampen in drei Ausführungen gäbe... stand aber nie in der Beschreibung. Die erhaltene, falsche Ware gibt es für 1/10 des Preises in Deutschland überall zu kaufen.... Rückabwicklung wurde abgelehnt. Betrug am Kunden!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM BESTKCA. IT IS A WASTE OF MONEY! THEY ARE A FRAUD! THEN THEY WANT YOU TO PAY TO HAVE THE DOLLAR STORE SOLAR LIGHTS SHIPPED BACK TO HONG KONG. NOT! I THINK WE NEED TO FILE A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST PAYPAL FOR LETTING THEM RIPE US OFF.

Same rip off as everyone else, showed solar torch lights sent .50 cent lights like you buy at Walmart or the dollar stores. Mad as hell for Facebook letting this scamming company advertise on their site.

Just like everyone else I ordered the torch lights and they sent dollar store solar lights and they say they will not except a return it was my mistake not theirs I am very disappointed I am currently disputing this with my credit card company

Is there not some way to stop this madness! I am so pissed at myself for not checking the site out first. Look at how many of us and there are so many more. We need a system to prevent the same thing from happening over and over when the site is known to be a scam. Facebook should take ownership of this for allowing them to advertise on their site.

Same here, got delivered crap cheap lights and tried to say i ordered the wrong ones, then asked me to return them to China.
Do not use this company, absolute rip off merchants!!

Just as same as the others! Ordered flame tiki lights and got some sort of cheap silver lights...They try to tell me this is what I ordered! Scammers and liars! Comes from China...

Unfortunately the same thing happened to me as everyone else. Cheap lights not what was advertised. I believe Facebook should be partly responsible for letting such a scam appear on their site. I will be more aware of what I buy from Facebook ads from now on!!!
