I got the cheap lights just like everybody else. A true scam

What a scam. They ship you cheap ass dollar store lights instead and say that is what you ordered. Will not discuss returns.

I ordered the flickering lights got cheap $1 plastic lights they said these are their best sellers they claim they're stainless steel they told me point blank it was not their problem they will not refund my money I went through pay pal in order to ship them back to China it was gonna cost more than what I paid these people are cheats and liars and scammers do not buy from them!!!!

I ordered the flickering lights and they sent me some skinny dollar store lights that I can get for a dollar. Big ripoff s by this company never ordering from them again.

It took 55 days to get the wrong lights I wish I would’ve looked up the reviews first

Ordered 4 solar torch lights through a Facebook ad through this company called Bestkca.
What I received was 4 tiny $1 solar lights you can buy at any Dollar General. One was even broken.
I filed a claim through my Paypal and Bestkca's response was "you must of mistakenly ordered the wrong product. So sorry."

I ordered solar flame torch lights. What I received were quite different and looked nothing like what they advertised. They are very cheap and did not work at all. I am still disputing this with Bestca. I will never order anything from them again.

Optical company my ass you idiot are nothing but a FRAUD.....

This website no longer exists and Paypal have only just come back to say I need to return lights to address provided by these people. But as I consider this to be a false address I have requested that they send me a shipping label at their expense. Don't hold out much hope and Paypal have not responsded to complaints about their processes

Couldn't rate a zero to put on a review. We received the cheap dollar lights instead of the flame effect and were offered a refund if sending them back complete with original packaging. This took months and wasn't worth the time or effort. Do not use this company, it is a scam.

Same as everyone else! Total scam! I have reported this company to PayPal as I have tried to get my money back. Why they still do business with them? Do NOT order from this company!

Made me do a rating to write the review. I ordered the flame torch lights in May and received them in July after many emails. It was all blamed on Covid. I opened the small package to find instead 10 of the nice flame torch lights 10 cheap dollar tree lights. This is a scam. I will be investigating how to turn them in. The check box wants to know if Bestkca knows about the review. Yes I sent them an email requesting the correct items be shipped immediately.
I wish I had read the reviews on this company and I would have never purchased from them. Apparently this is a standard for them to ship the wrong lights and ship cheap ones.

They deserve a negative rating. I ordered solar flame torch lights. Got cheap dollar store lights. In order to get a credit I have to ship the lights back to Corona Virus China at a cost of a minimum of $125. The lights cost $64. Their shipping company in NY won’t help. I was told by the post office that they get this complaint about Chinese products at least 2-3 times a week and it has been going on for over 30 years at least. So China is screwing us in other ways than just the China virus.

The next time I see the lite advertisement on Facebook they will not like what i have to say...ordered lights got trash. What a rip off. I see I'm not the first but I will do my best to warn other folks of this scam.

If I could give zero stars, i would. Pure fraud. I ordered the lights on their site. They sent some $3 crap. Their phone number is not real (call it and see). Paypal was NO help either. They wanted me to send the package back to China for $67 shipping fee, so that this seller would refund me $70.42. What a joke. And don't bother to try to email them; they will absolutely not answer. After being ripped off $70, and if i ship the package back, i will be out $137..... Chinese crap!

Rip off. they send you lesser quality solar lights than the Dollar Stores. They don't ship the actual product they were advertising. Buyer Beware.

Terrible product and service, wish I had checked here first. Not the correct product, busted parts and no response to any contact us dialogue.

Zero stars. Avoid this entirely dishonest supplier at all cost.

I wouldn't even give 1 star. Solar lights not as described supposed to be flickering flame but tiny solar lights arrived that were definitely not as advertised. Trying to get my money back as they are not responding to my e-mails. Wish i had read reviews before purchasing.
