UPDATE:

I received notification that Bestkca/PayPal approved my refund but ONLY if I returned the 4 tiny cheap solar lights I received instead of the solar flame torch lights that I ordered from a Facebook ad.

Bestkca originally said I ordered the wrong lights, even tho my PayPal receipt showed I ordered the torch lights.

I’m not going to even bother wasting my time boxing up 2 broken lights and the remaining Dollar General lights. As someone has said here, they sent back the lights to have PayPal say they’re receipt of shipping wasn’t good enough.

Same as others. Ordered flame lights, paid $55, got cheap tiny horrible lights instead. Reported to PayPal and told to return lights which I did at a cost of £7. PayPal now refused refund as my evidence of postage isn't sufficient to prove to Bestcka that item has been sent. When did I become responsible for whether an item is delivered or not once I've sent it? Seems like Bestkca and PayPal are ripping people off together.

If I could give a negative number for review I would! Same as everyone else scammed out of over $50.00! Been dealing with PayPal since May 31st and just now got response telling me to send product back and then I'll get refund! Have no way to return because I don't have return shipping info and no way to get it. I'm contacting PayPal management to inform them the site has been closed down.

Same as everybody else didn’t get the lights it ordered and PayPal dragging their feet! I note that Bestkca have closed their website so I’m guessing I’ll get nothing back but I’ll wait and see? May close my paypal account if not resolved as it is meant to be safe but reading other reviews it clearly doesn’t protect as it claims.

BESTKCA IS A SCAM AND PAYPAL IS USELESS!!!!
On April 30, 2020, I ordered Solar Flame Lamps off of Facebook, $69.90 paid. As soon as i made the payment, I realized the company rep was being deceptive by stating that they were USA based and shipped from, which was a lie... It's in CHINA and ships from China. I emailed them immediately for a cancellation, didn't get a response. Two days later, I requested a refund through PayPal, explaining my concerns and the company listed in China, during a pandemic. PayPal denied my claim. I contacted the company again, was told order was shipped May 6th and was given an "unavailable" tracking number... it didn't exist. This is July 28, 2020, I still haven't received my order. I've contacted PayPal numerous times, unable to verbally speak with customer service reps, only for them to dismiss my claim, continuously. I'm beyond pissed and frustrated, mainly because I trusted PayPal for so many years and they're unwilling to make this right and fight for my protection, as they claim they would/do. That $69.90 rendered two valuable lessons... NEVER EVER ORDER FROM PRODUCT FROM FACEBOOK AD COMPANIES and NEVER USE PAYPAL EVER AGAIN!!!!

Complete RIPOFF, I ordered torch lights and receive some cheap dollar store lights. Company said I ordered incorrectly but they are wrong. I have the receipt in PayPal that clearly says TORCH LIGHTS. PayPal will do NOtHiNG about it. DO NOT order from this company and I am extremely disappointed in PayPal as well

Worst service/products ever! Paid $70 for solar flame lamps, received $1 store plain bland lights. So disappointed and pissed! No way to contact them, nothing! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

DON'T Deal with this company or expect PayPal to Protect you with their so called "Protection Plan". I ordered an item on Facebook--bad action already. Got a confirmation of the item I had ordered--Flaming Lamps and that they would ship asap. Waited close to two months and got the wrong items--a much cheaper set of lamps that had broken parts already. Attempted to resolve and the only resolution was to send the WRONG items back to China at MY cost for a full refund. It was THEIR mistake and I do not plan on paying more for their mistake. I cannot even be sure I will get that money anyway based on their response to my complaint. And PayPal indicated that was their best resolution. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM and don't trust PayPal to back you up.

Wish I saw these reviews before I ordered the torch lights. Received Tobago lighting, something worth no more than half of what I paid. And that's being generous! What was shipped was just thrown into a tiny box all mixed up. Like scraps! Poor quality at best! After many emails back and forth, customer service would do nothing. Said I ordered the wrong item from their catalog. I, in fact, ordered from an ad on Face Book that only listed the one set of Torch lights. Sham company, period. As others have mentioned, PayPal is no help either. After all the evidence was sent to them, emails, photos, they did find in my favor. Problem is, to get a refund, YOU need to pay shipping to return the bogus item. PayPal can't, according to them and will not do anything about the shipping. Claims they just can't refund your money without you paying to ship the item back. I thought they were supposed to protect you against sham artists like this. Spread the word, buy nothing from these con artists! Scam, scam, scam!

Horrible horrible company! DO NOT purchase anything from them!!! It will come from China and it will look nothing like what you thought you ordered. In my case, I didn’t even get the correct item I ordered. It’s been 2 months and I’m still fighting for my money back! PayPal doesn’t help either. Just avoid them at all costs!

Not even one star . Scamming scum. Finally got a result via paypal after returning lights with proof of tracking . You need to photograph the parcel with the address showing and keep receipts.
Never buying anything in $'s ever again !!!

I wish I had read all the negative reports before I ordered 4 of the Flame Torches and got the cheapest/garbage dollar store ones.
I was able to contact Bestka and they said I got what I ordered, but they are complete scammers....
I send them a picture of what I ordered, but they say NO, the description at the end was for different units... Once again, this is a complete Scam company and no one should ever purchase from them.

As many of you I also was ripped off by Bestka and their Solar Flame Torches, you see the advertisement for the beautiful Torches, but you have to click off the stainless steel lights in the drop down bar, before you place the order, which you don’t realize to do, because that is the $1.00 store lights you will receive 2 of them for $17.00 and they say they are not deceiving the consumer. Bestka said I needed to order the correct product. Other people had the same problem, so whose scheming who???
Figures a China Based Company and PayPal is no better, they don’t back you up. I sent the advertisement of the torches to PayPal no response, so they stink too.

I ordered 9 lights, it took 2 months to receive and when i got, i thoughtci received 4 lights out of 9, nope, they gave me 3 and something else, they dont work. Paypal wont help me. Hoping bank will. Dont buy from here, they are frauding people. They dont reply back either. Ive sent 10 messages i want refund. Still no refund!

Scam! I spent $70.46 for cheap dollar store lights! They pictured Solar Flame Torch and I got stainless steel little lawn lamps. You cannot reach this company and PayPal is no help in getting any response.I am sick and tired of these rip off people advertising one thing and you get something else.Or in several other cases I received nothing but they took my money. PayPal is worthless as well. Tired of being ripped off.

This website is a joke. They should not be allowed to sell in the US...buyer beware. Solar lights were misrepresented. Seller would only give refund if sent back to China...for $30!! I learned the hard way.
