I am another customer who was scammed with the solar flame lights!! $52 for the piddly plastic silver things, I would NOT have paid that and they won't let me return them for a refund.

I ordered Tiki torches in January. A tiny box arrived with tiny plastic broken pieces in no bigger than a pencil! I lost almost $100! Paypal advised me to send them back with a customs form and track the customs number and told me once it arrived in China even if the person didn't come to collect it that it would be refunded to me! Months later today in fact Paypal emails me that they are not giving me a refund because the tracking number wasn't sufficient! Paypal need to be reported that are in on it! There are thousands of people now who have been tricked by Bestka and Facebook need to be accountable also for allowing them to continue advertising!

So I went on my Paypal and put that it was a fraudulent activity, only thing I could think to do now! to get in touch as Paypal are not answering phones to customers now!!!
We all need to do a class action lawsuit against Facebook, Paypal and Beska AKA Amber Tzediyn!

I ordered yard solar lights in May and still haven't received them. $70,00 down the tubes, Can't get anyone to answer me as if this company doesn't exist. I am beyond upset

SCAMMERS. Ordered a dozen torch led lights got cheap dollar store lights that were only 8 “ long. They won’t refund my money unless I pay for return shipping to China. Pay pal says I can have full refund if I return the items that I didn’t order at my cost. Such BS😡

Same thing ordered solar they sent cheap lights PayPal denied my claim and bestkca insisted they sent me correct lights SCAM!!!

WARNING! DO NOT BUY FROM BESTKCA! After looking into my order from Bestkca for 6 flame solar torch lights, I realise that I too have been scammed!!! I was sent cheap plastic 6” solar garden lights, not the flame torch lights I originally ordered. I paid £50 in good faith only to be sent garden lights worth a few pounds! Facebook should be held responsible for allowing Bestkca to advertise on their site. I’m asking PayPal to look into this as they shouldn’t be allowed to get away with this!

Do not buy from this company. Total scammers!! They misrepresent their products. Advertise one thing and send you a cheap knock off. I currently have a PayPal case pending against them. Crooks and cheats!!

I like everyone else was scammed. Facebook should surely do due diligence with companies like these that are using their platform as a sales tool. But like everything these days it is buyer beware and Zuckerberg and his cronies could not give a rats *** about any compliance to safeguard the general public. It is run to the bank (Frank) with the proceeds of the advertising dollars and full speed ahead.

Ordered the garden solar flame torches too. Never arrived. Disappointed.

I also was SCAMMED! I ordered 6 solar torches from BESTKA and they sent me 6 little 6 inch plastic solar lights. I have been fighting with them for my money back for 4 months. I think they should be taken off USA websites!

Scammers took my money ordered flickering flame got cheap stainless steel ones and one was broken now their web sites gone absolutely disgusting

Same as others have said! I ordered 12 tall large Tiki Flame torches (lights look like real candles) from a Facebook ad! Don't order anything off Facebook! They took my $71 order and sent me 12 solar lights that fit in a 8x5x3 inch box! Like the smallest solar light I have ever seen! Also, orders will say 7 to 10 business days, that means how long they take to ship it, it took 6 weeks to arrive. I asked for a return label and refund and was told "did I order the correct lights" I sent her the copy of the email order and after that, no answer. Filed a claim with my credit card which was temporarily reversed and now they are recharging me because the tracking shows "something" was delivered to my house!! BTY the Tiki lights are available at Menards for around $6 each.

I ordered flame torches and they sent me regular solar lights for 61.00. I could have bought them each for 1.00 a Dollar Tree. Then they got the nerve to ask me did I choose the right product. I explained to them yes I did through PayPal (paypal doesn't want to do anything) and now they will not respond back. DO NOT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

This company is a scam they sent me ten cheap lights but I ordered solar lights. On the outside of the package value was at $7.60 I paid $51 contacted PayPal Bestka offered to give me a refund only if I sent the merchandise back that would have cost me $50.65 or I could go ahead and send it back and just file for the postage and they may refund me $30 and what are the odds of that happening do not I repeat do not order from this company it all comes out of China

When I sent email they said I must or ordered wrong thing. I sent invoice they sent me to show what I ordered and they never answered.
I then filed a dispute through paypal and they denied it saying I had got my product which I had told them I received wrong product. So I got screwed by company and paypal
Lesson learned.....

I took to paypal for a refund because I did not receive my items. BUT as soon as paypal got involved my order was rushed. Time stamped on the box idoits so no it was not in transit like I was told. Yet paypal did nothing because an actual product arrived. This is why we are sent the crap lights because they know Paypal wont refund if a product is sent. Bestkca claims I ordered these cheap aluminum ones which im seeing they tell that to everyone. I see Bestkca groups all over FB of people who have been scammed/wronged by them. Reaching out for other statments from burned customers and filing a complaint with the BBB. They deserve ALL that's coming to them and then some. We've been robbed.

Total scam and no real assistance from paypal in the dispute!
I've ordered items which seems fine at 59 usd via an add on instagram. The torch i received weren't the same at all the one showed on the pictures. Actually they put the correct picure at the bottom of the page in very small. But next to buy button they show the very good torch you intented to buy. I've opened a dispute with paypal and paypal is requesting me to send back the package to the seller... in CHINA.... The adresse given is partly in chinese... No telephone number no contact name. And the website si off! total scam!
For me paypal association to this and it's inaction to protect the buyer is outrageous!
