Very happy with my experience
The online chat representative Keith was most helpful in answering my questions and addressing my concerns. He helped me select the best product for my needs, CS6 Extended, and guided me through the purchase. Then I had a followup call from Allen to be sure I had received the download and was able to use it. The process was very straightforward, but my computer hit some snags. I called back and Allen took over the installation and patiently worked out the problems. So far I am very impressed.

Service far above and beyond. A unique experience.
I had problems getting the credit card to process and was about to cancel the purchase. Within minutes of a chat a technician got on the phone and walked me through getting another card to work. Then he stayed on the phone and helped me download, install and verify the program was working. We also had some problems installing due to a Windows update. The service was beyond outstanding.
