In 2016, I received a Dell Inspiron as a gift. It served me very well until recently when the hardware needed replacement since the speed was very slow. Geeksquard recommended that I purchase a new laptop since the hardware repair would be costly and almost equate to the amount of a new one. I searched in-store and Sales Assoc Drew showed me the HPxENVY 360 with Windows 11. I had just mastered Windows 10 but was ready to learn again. I purchased the HPxENVY 360 which was on sale. It is a beautiful and fast-speed laptop. I love it. I also had to upgrade from Word 2016 to 2021 which is another story but I say we are all students of life and never stop learning. My new laptop is also compatible with my HP OfficeJet 4630 Printer. I made a very wise choice and satisfied with it. Thank you, Drew at Best Buy.

Does anyone know what happened to this Company? I went to purchase some additional AutoCAD programs and they no longer offer AutoCAD, Adobe, or MS products.

I sent an email to them this morning noting a problem I was having with a product. Within minutes I received a call from them asking for remote access to my computer to fix the problem. I have never had service like this with any other company. They are fantastic.

Amazing 2nd experience with Allan
Amazing 2nd experience with Allan. I had transferred my apps & data to a new notebook and was having issues with getting Acrobat PRO working. In less than 15 minutes, Allan had fixed the issue and I am totally operational.

Absolutely the best store ever
Absolutely the best store ever! Three years ago I purchased Adobe Photoshop at a great price. Every year I seem to have major issues with my Macbook and Mac Desktop, and they always answer my helpdesk calls literally within seconds to assist. They even use the latest software version whenever they help! A couple of weeks ago I stumped up for the full Adobe package at an unbelievable price, and again they were always there to help, answer questions or even install the software. Today I had a problem with two Adobe programs and within seconds I had an email with links to the latest functioning versions.
The big companies have a LOT to learn about real customer service from this small group.
