Allan Dawson has served me with outstanding professionalism understanding the complexities of these programs and older computer systems like I have. I was the first female Corporate Creative Director for General Electric in Stamford. Connecticut. I have been in the graphics field for years as I am now 75 year old but still alert and actively writing movies scripts etc. Allen is exceedingly patient, has a delightful sense of humor, works with his clients ever so kindly. I've been using the Adobe softwares for 25 years or so but I'm not a tech guy. Allen made the rather complex installation a breeze! What he did in 1/2 hour would have taken me a month!

Allan certainly went the "2nd mile" and…
Allan certainly went the "2nd mile" and even the "3rd mile"! For whatever reason, either my computer did not "like" the Photoshop CS6 or the first CS5 versions that he tried to install. ( I had begun to try to install it from the receipt email but clearly got bogged down quickly!) Finally, Allan found a version of CS5 that would download and I'm "OFF and RUNNING".
THANK YOU, ALLAN
PS. "Boss", "Supervisor", "Pay Master", or whoever determines the salary for your employees, I do HOPE you will consider a GENEROUS BONUS on Allan's next check!
(I do not want to get him in trouble - telling how long he had to work on my computer, two different times!) But I can guarantee I will think of him EVERY time I use Photoshop from now on! And I will happily tell anyone I might talk with about software to contact your web site!

Keith walked me through buying Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, including a 20% discount. Buying from Bestbuy Softwares cost me the equivalent of 4.1 months of payments (forever) to Adobe. Allan handled the installation of both programs (after I downloaded Photoshop). It was an exciting pleasure watching Allan do all of that. I may be a "high-end user" of both programs, but an installer, not so much!! Thanks so much to both Keith and Allan for making my experience with Bestbuy Softwares unforgettable.
