Absolutely shocking service and appalling quality product! They have sent me an item which is really poor quality and completely the wrong size and yet they are saying I have to pay £40 to return it. Completely unacceptable and very poor customer service. It’s a scam - stay clear.

SCAM reply on trust pilot review they are not helping at all.
This company is a complete scam... they will send you some rubbish that is 100% not what is advertised then you have option to return at your cost which is more expensive than items they sell. This is a scam so that you have no option but to keep the unusable items they will send you.

Please don't worry that your order has gone nowhere. If payment was taken, it will be on our system, so it isn't lost. As for the confirmation, it's worth a quick look in your spam folder, as they can land there. I should be straight with you though: I can't yet see your email on our side, so I'd like to find you another way and make sure you're looked after.

Worse company Iv ever had experience to deal with all I wanted was to return some shoes the day after I got them because they just wasn’t right for me and instead of allowing me to I get told I can have 10% back and keep the shoes, which I said no to and then get told the final offer is 20% return and keep the shoes so they clearly have no intention of honouring the 30 days return that it states on the website you should avoid using them at all cost plus the quality is nowhere near what it looks like online

Scam: Chinese cheap products
Warning: Please don't fall for these scammers!!! Poor product quality (not upper leather), 3 weeks delivery from China (not a London company as made out on their website), and returns impossible as they would need to be sent to China on the buyer's cost which would cost anything from £40 for sandals. This they know too well and that customers wouldn't bother to return items. Shame I can't add pics to my review for reference. The sandals (Birkenstock fake) came cheaply wrapped in a white plastic bag and the attached label confirms that the upper material is synthetic backed with a cheap fleece material. An absolute scam and I'm embarrassed I fell for it. Be warned and don't buy anything from them! 😡

Avoid this fraudulent Chinese company that pretending to be a British company.
They will send you sub zero quality goods and if you wanted to return they will ask you to keep their garbage and offer 10% refund.
I am currently try to stop them to work under false pretence.
Even the names of their customer service operatives ate fake and use European names.
