Beniconnect Travel Agency Arvostelua 

Unfortunately Beniconnect failed to arrive at the agreed pick up point (the hotel we were staying) sent an email with the hotel name as the pick up but a different address. Didn’t have a solution on the calls we made to them, told us they tried to call us and we didn’t answer (because we were on the phone to them), the tracking app showed the driver as 1 minute away but he never appeared. On arrival they sent a 50 something seater coach for 6 people that couldn’t get to our hotel so dumped us in the middle of Benidorm on arrival.

We have previously used them 3 times a year for 5 years without an issue at the same hotel so I have no idea why a coach was the only option they had for 6 people this time. Clear communication that they had an inappropriate vehicle that couldn’t reach our hotel would have saved the stress of having to pay £180 for two taxis. We won’t use again, we didn’t ask for the cost of the taxis to be covered but did ask for a refund on the return of our transfer and they have refused. Please do not use Beniconnect if you want to return to the airport without the hassle and worry of potentially missing your flight.

I am arrving very late to the airport and don´t want to travel during the night with a small child. I am staying in a hotel 1.5kms from the airport. Asked if they could pick me there, I am not paying 90 euros to go Benidorm and still need to have a DIFFERENT taxi to drive me back 1.5km to the airport. They said no, zero effort. Very rude staff on top of all. Avoid at all costs.

Llego al aeropuerto de Alicante, me dirijo al bus que me va a trasladar a Benidorm y espero más de una hora en el bus para que salga por espera a otros pasajeros de otros vuelos. Por favor es un tiempo excesivo de espera. Esto suele ser habitual, en otra ocasión me sucedió lo mismo.

I had a transfer booked to be picked up at 1.45am on 25th July, when I got to the stop half an hour early, I realised I had my old passport and had to run home like the clappers to get my new one which I couldn't find. The driver called me at 1.45am and I explained I couldn't find my passport so to go without me, I continued searching and 14 minutes later found it ( it was in my rucksack all the time 😆) I called the driver back and asked if I could jump in a taxi and meet him somewhere as i knew he had other pick ups to do, the driver asked if I could get somewhere in 20 minutes in the same area I live as another bus was picking up passengers, thanks to this gentleman I got my flight to go to my sisters surprise party, thank you so much ...superstar 🌟 🤩

Beniconnect var suveren. Kom i tid. Rena minibussar med bra kondition, utan trängsel, trevliga chaförer. Jag bokade online 3 dagar innan. Svar kom dag innan med instruktioner vad ska jag gå efter landning. Kom och åkte påderekten i fin minibuss. Tillbaka på samma sätt medelandet kom bia mail dag innan med instruktioner vad ska vi stå vid upphämtningen, minibuss kom i tid, åkte med komfort. Tack så mycket Beniconnect!

I have used Beniconnect 3 times now for transfers to and from Alicante airport. The transfer busses are always on time, with air conditioning and friendly drivers. Would highly recommend!

It was my first time using Beniconnect we had booked a private transfer for 4 people from Alicante to Benidorm, our flight was delayed but when we went to their desk we were checked in and our driver was waiting, a smooth quick transfer. On our return we were emailed 1 day before letting us know our collection time, as we had vacated our apartment early we wanted an earlier collection, no problem a quick email and response was confirmed and our driver turned up as expected, superb from start to finish. Would definitely use again

It might not be as short as you think and they are not apologetic!

I've used you a few times and you have been great .this time the pick up from the hotel to airport spot on .but the trip back from Alicante Airport to benidorm was a nightmare. We landed nice and early at 23 24 got to your desk on level -2 told the bus will be 25 mins .that's about 23 50 the bus left at 01 09 then dropped three of the drivers mates off somewhere I was probably the 4th drop off time was 0230 and the coach was still half full .

Awful waited over 2 hours… woman upstairs couldn’t have been less helpful if she tried. Avoid

Driver dumped me in Benidorm without any directions to the hotel, which was 400 metres away in the pedestrianised Old Town. I had not been to Benidorm before. I had expected either directions or a map. He said "ask someone", and chucked my luggage on the pavement, he just didn't care.

Me he despistado, me subi al bus equivocado, pero Tadeo y Ray me han rescatado. Very grateful to the Baniconnect crew!

Appuntamento alle 12,00 da Benidorm per l'aereoporto di Alicante, mi telefona l'impiegata alle 11,30 che il bus è passato. Premetto che mi hanno contattato telefonicamente due giorni prima per l'orario e il punto di partenza. Ho dovuto prendere un taxi.

Prenotare sul sito non è semplice perché pur inserendo il trasporto per l’aeroporto di Alicante da Finestrat mi ha fatto la prenotazione dall’aeroporto a Finestrat. Contattati telefonicamente confermano di aver compreso e concordiamo per l’appuntamento a Finestrat per le ore 12. Alle 11.30 chiamano per avvisare che il pullman sta partendo perché non può aspettarci.Morale della favola: abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi

It was our first time using Beniconnect and can highly recommend them. Booked a return transfer from Alicante airport to an apartment in Denia. Staff were great, even though it took us ages to get through imigration. The journey to the apartment went without any issues. We were a little concerned about our pick as it was at 6:40am, but we had no need to worry as the car was spot on time. We will definitely use again.

Used this company on numerous occasions and they always deliver exceptional service standards, excellent customer care, and great value too. Thank you.

Awful user interface on their website site. It’s like when the internet first came into mainstream use. Really backward.

Booked return transfers from Alicante airport to the Flash Hotel in Benidorm. Absolutely brilliant service. Instructions on the email were easy to follow. Was guided to our express coach when we checked in at the desk on arrival. Didn’t wait long for the minibus to depart. Had an email exactly 24 hours before leaving with a time of pick up the next day. Mini bus picked us up on time for drop off at the airport. Staff were professional and customer friendly. Wouldn’t use anyone else for transfers in the future.

This is Beniconnect connect but don’t connect to their customers. From the mini, I booked, I made a mistake with my booking we’re all human. I sent him an email explaining my error. I got an email back then emailed him again saying that was wrong then they emailed me again then I emailed them again as you say it went on for 15 emails. I was starting to get annoyed by the end, however I did send him an apology email because they said I was rude to them. I don’t think I was they obviously just don’t understand times I can’t do any research When we finally get to our destination. We have to wait two hours to get to our hotel because there’s no services here. So if I was you stay away book with another company that actually care about you as a customer and don’t leave your ringing we should’ve booked an Uber £64 much cheaper and a bit of service. I also rang their emergency number and he just didn’t care. Didn’t have a care in the world that we were gonna be studying for two hours. What a joke.
