The product/hat is flimsy, poor quality and not worth more than $1 and the customer service is awful. Extremely rude.

There is no such thing as "happy returns". Ordered from Canadian site but had to pay to return to US after they sent me the wrong size then asked to pay more to the US. Total hassle. Had to walk away with nothing but an expensive bill.

I would rated it zero if I could.
I purchased some item from them.
and the item came without a TAG, I did not realize it until when I packed it for return, and I requested the returned the next day when I received it, and it took two emails requests for them to respond.
No action taken after they received (approved by USPS) the return item for more than two weeks. then I was blame that the tag was missing, and not ELIGIBLE for return/exchange.

I ordered two men's caps and received them six weeks later after an endless string of emails, back-and-forth arguments, and so on. I think they're pretty ordinary: they're flat, shapeless, and not worth the price. And if I try to return them, the shipping cost will be higher than the price of these tacky things. I'm going to donate them to charity or just throw them in the trash!

The UI of the website is very easy to navigate plus a really clean and easy for the eyes. Especially the check out page is really simple to understand!

It took a long time to get her, but I really like it.

Poor quality. The fabric near the forehead is already peeling. Only had it for a week.

The website content was helpful and descriptive. There were plenty of photos, and the user experience was and site design great! I also am a big fan of free shipping! This company is a scam. Customers are calling my office asking for their order. Don’t get scammed don’t buy from them.

I ordered a SPF jacket. Apparently it arrived in the city I was living in, the street address was right, but zip was off by a digit. And they somehow couldn't figure out to deliver it to my street address. They never contacted me to figure out how to connect and so it was sent back. BUt the WILL NOT REFUND MY MONEY. So I have no product and they think I'm going to pay for it. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO LISTENING, NO CONSIDERATION.

I actually stopped a person wearing one of your hats to find out where she got it and what was the company.

Order never delivered. No communication. Reports all over social media that others have the same problem. Scam

The cap is too big, I can not adjust it and make it stay in place, and it arrived very very wrinkled! The packing is disgusting! Not for the price of the cap.

It really works! I’ve used it while planting flowers in the garden; when I play pickleball, I can play without feeling like I’m suffocating unlike with other masks and it holds up well when I go fishing for hours. I already own two, and I plan to buy another one to keep in the car, since I’ve bought others that didn’t protect me from the sun as well as this one does and, above all, none were as comfortable. I love it!

If you are dissatisfied with their products, there is ZERO possibility of returning them. I purchased a hat and a shirt; neither resembles the pictures at all, and the quality does not match the price paid. I contacted their customer service nearly two months ago; however, they have made it virtually impossible to return the items, and I ultimately donated them to a friend. Do NOT BUY from this company. Customer service is extremely poor, and they appear indifferent to customer satisfaction once a purchase has been made. If negative ratings were allowed, I would give them negative ratings. Horrible, horrible company!
