My order arrived on time and very carefully handled. The item which is crystallised glass set looks beautiful and the quality is great… looks exactly as described in the picture.

2 cups broken on arrival - reported via email got a quick response to advise would be replaced but still waiting on the cups … seem this very poor service from the company

Love the crystal dachshund which I bought for my daughter who is matron of honour at my wedding.

As beautiful as the mugs are they are more designed for left handed people..
As your drinking you tea or coffee no one can see the beauty of the mugs 🦋🐝 as the art is faced into the drinker…
For that reason I wouldn’t recommend these mugs…I was very disappointed ☹️

I phoned Belleek today as a table lamp arrived damaged. In all honesty, I couldn't rate them high enough for the way in which this was dealt with. I was expecting to be faced with a long drawn-out and complicated process (as is the norm nowadays) but was dealt with in a friendly, efficient and professional manner, with respect and understanding.
