Belleek Pottery Arvostelua 

Ordered a vase for my in-laws wedding anniversary online and got confirmation of the order. The next day I received an email saying my order had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
I emailed customer services asking why and they provided that they don’t deliver to my address (which is in Perthshire, Scotland ) even though their company provides the deliver worldwide.
They said the courier charges too much (even though I’d already paid £9.95 postage) and I asked if I could pay more and they said no.
They then sent a list of postcodes they don’t deliver to in Scotland which was pretty vast. However, they did ship to a family member’s address (still in Perthshire) and 20 minutes from my house.
I had to put another order in with the different address as they had already cancelled my order… and I’m still waiting for a refund for that.
Even the person I spoke to via customer service was pretty blunt and made no attempt to try and fix the matter.
If it wasn’t such a nice vase, I wouldn’t have bought it again but I certainly won’t be buying from here again.

IF you live anywhere but the USA, they’re ’sold out’!
Not the smartest advertising!

I returned product and they will only return funds to the card used, which I no longer bank with.

Customer service didnt even attemp to help me get the funds that are rightly mine.

Do not deal with this company

We visited the impressive shop, showroom and cafe, today (May 2026), which was a very positive experience. The prices in the shop were very reasonable and the choice very wide. The coffee shop served us exceptional food and friendly service and it was overall a pleasure to be here albeit for a short time, in very pleasant surroundings. Wish we could visit more often.

bought this dinner set plus 8 mugs as I was under the impression it would be China, like other dinner sets bought from Aynsley China. Unfortunately they are NOT….. They are the same as what you would find in your local Tesco’s but a lot more expensive. If you’re looking for China please don’t look here as it’s not. When I emailed Customer Services of my distaste. The lady said she would pass it on. To say I am unhappy with my purchase is putting it mildly. If my Husband hadn’t thrown the boxes away I would have certainly returned them for a refund?

I bought and gifted a 10” crystal vase and it was well received, beautiful and heavy thick crystal. The Luminaire was not the expected quality but customer service were very responsive and I quickly received a full refund and they helped with return postage on this occasion since I provided photos of the issue.

Chips were raw and cold and hard , no bbq sauce no vinegar , chips so raw for the price I paid , NOT HAPPY

Tried to order wine glasses from Belleek only to be told that they don't ship to Scotland because their courier charges too much! Pathetic that a company, based in the UK, is quite happy to leave potential Scottish customers hanging while shipping to the rest of the UK and the world. You'd think a company of this calibre and reputation would put a little more effort into making their customers happy. There are plenty of shipping companies out there. Find one that offers better value for money.

I recently ordered some crystal Erne
Wine glasses and tumblers. They were delivered very quickly and the tracking app was helpful. They are absolutely beautiful and I am very impressed with the quality. I think they are great value for money and will make a lovely birthday present for my mum. Highly recommend

The Tivoli range are excellent products. I purchased some for my son and his family for Christmas. They were delighted; A query that arose was quickly and nicely answered. 5*

I have just recieved the christmas wreath mugs in hatbox, i am thrilled with the presentation and quality.
I will highly recommend this company and look forward to my next purchase

Excellent product, fantastic customer service. I'm deducting one point for delivery. UPS does not deliver goods to your home, but leaves the package at one of its locations, which you then have to go to and wait there while confused employees try to find your box by sorting through lots of other boxes... and yes, don't forget to bring your passport with you, otherwise you'll have to make two trips.

Had to delay the review as it was a gift for my Mum's birthday. She loves the set, for that alone I'm so grateful for the quality, thank you. The whole purchase was hassle free. I highly recommend and trust Belleek Pottery to anybody looking for that special gift or looking for something to cherish in the home.

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Belleek Pottery.

I bought 2 dinner sets of Belleek pottery (Living Marble) on 19 June. Unfortunately it was not at all as I expected - I could not have foreseen this from the photos.

I sent an email (25 June) to ask about the return process. I received no response from them. So I packaged it up in its original packaging and sent it back. They received the package (sent with tracking
and insurance cover) on 14 July - well within the 30-day return period.

To date, on 6 August, I have neither heard from them nor received any refund.

I hope that someone at Belleek has the decency to refund the money - it's a lot to lose. I will post an update if there is any change.

In the meantime, let this be a warning if you are considering a purchase.

UPDATE 14th August: Belleek responded, and apologized, the day after this review was posted. And I received the full refund to my account on 9th August.

Outstanding customer service! I was so pleased that an issue was resolved I purchased more items. Thanks team, we will definitely be back. 🙂

Ordered a 4mug set for my daughter for her new first home and what did I receive a baking dish, up till now no reason WHY even the paper work with the dish says 4 MUG set.who are the mugs now.

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived. Have emailed three times for an update and still no response.

Bought fabulous Galway Crystal champagne coupes. Great price, arrived beautifully packed. Thank you.

I completed an order online on 2nd of November. The purchase amount was debited immediately from my debit card and to date I have not received any confirmation of despatch of my order. It is saying on my order page that my order is unfulfilled. I have emailed the two addresses on the website and the mails are bouncing back as undeliverable. This is shocking customer service that there is nobody to help me out with my query. I honestly don’t know where to go now to get an answer when am I going to receive my purchases. Hopefully somebody from Belleek will respond to this review.

Great customer service. Wine glasses are superb, heavy, lead crystal, look great with red wine in them!
I recommend this company.
