Belffin Arvostelua

Absolutely love furniture of Belffin, delivery is always super fast, everything is wrapped carefully and without damages. I absolutely love the design of my new bed frame, it looks amazing in my bedroom interior.

I’ve been using this couch for about a week now, and I’m really satisfied. First of all, setting it up was much easier than I expected; the pieces were neatly packaged, and the instructions were very straightforward. The fabric is soft and high-quality, and it’s also quite easy to clean. Thanks to its L-shaped design, it fits perfectly in my living room, and having compartments to store extra items is a huge plus. My favorite feature is its modular design: I can easily rearrange the sections whenever I want. It’s also top-notch in terms of comfort; we can sit on it for long periods and enjoy it.

Customer service is non existent
The chat AI is ok but you cannot reach a human. It will put you “in line” and I’ve been in line for well, 4 hours with 1 person in front.

Their phone number is a full voicemail box.

They sell on Amazon but if you purchase there you do not get the warranty.

Unsure how the product is, no one will answer questions before I buy.

We have a beautiful new living room.Thank you Belffin Service team for helping us pick the right pieces. We know we could not decide with only one call, so thank you for your patience and fast deliveries.

I orginally ordered a modular sofa and the back was warped. Belffin took care of it but they sent 4 backs to replace my 1 defective piece. Thimgs I
REALLY like about the Sofa that has 4 seats and 2 ottomans: Great amount of storage! Easy to clean under cushions, lenthy enough for two people to stretch out using the ottomans or the entire length of the couch, as long as they are not over 170 lb.
It is a very FIRM couch, the material seems sturdy

I had an issue with piling on one of the modulars and pillow and one of my arm rest wouldn't click up right anymore. I emailed pictures and order number as the extra modular i received wasn't even 8months old yet. They gave me no issues and sent a new pillow arm rest and an ottoman to replace the defected one I must have received. I lost my order number for my 6piece that I had gotten first before ordering two more modular through Amazon. The 6 piece set I had originally got off website gave me no issues just the modular from Amazon. But thank God amazon keeps your receipts for you lol.

We are obsessed with our modular couch, our friends and dog love it too, highly recommend and I am very picky!! lol great customer service and fast delivery!

**Review for Belffin Modular Sofa**

I regret to share my experience with the Belffin modular sofa. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend doing business with this company. The quality of the sofa is subpar; the pieces don’t link together properly, making it frustrating to use. Additionally, when I reached out to customer service, I encountered significant challenges. Their responses were often unclear and poorly written, making communication difficult. Overall, my experience has been disappointing, and I advise others to consider alternative options.p

Showed up earlier than expected, inspite of weather, easy to assemble. Fits perfectly, love the color and extra storage for a small 1bdrm apt.

The order was shipped very quickly.
The furniture was very easy to assemble. Belffin provided a nice screwdriver needed for the assembly.
The couch and chair were a good fit for our space and they look great.

Easy to order, super quick delivery, beautiful product

So much easier to deliver and place. We bought ours for a cabin away from mailing address. We were able to move easily to the home. Easy to put together and just love this cough. Comfortable and perfect size. The bonus that for a small cabin this adds storage!

Order an 9 piece black set but Receive an 8 piece black set which was damaged with a cut at the back .

Got the couch, let’s see how easy it is to set up
