I had an absolute blast designing my couch for the living room in my new townhome. I have never lived in a smaller space like this, so the couches I moved from my old home did not fit well in this space. I was very upset until I came across Belffin. I felt like I had so much control and option over how I wanted my space to look. Since I ordered my new couches i have actually changed up my design of my space again, but I don’t have to worry. I can always buy the perfect piece that can make my rearranging work perfectly. This home is also not my forever home, so a big part of purchasing was thinking of a few things. Moving these new couches (piece of cake) and being able to adjust them to a new space. I am beyond excited.

Oh I also ordered the fabric swatches (I was also nervous about not being able to feel the material with it being an online purchase). They came very quickly and I actually changed my mind from the original fabric I thought I wanted.

Overall, it’s been an amazing experience and I'm looking forward to life with these new coaches

We ordered a brand new couch and the largest cushion was defective. Belffin refused to warranty the product or send a new cushion even though they were actively selling full sets online. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I highly recommend that you do not do business with them.

I love the couch. I had an issue with one of the zippers on the couch cover. Customer service responded quickly and sent me a new cushion. Very happy with my belffin purchase!

I got a black corduroy 6 seater sofa. The material is soft and so comfortable. Overall its a great couch for the parla space. The cushions are a little small and it'd be alot better if the back cushions were attached like the ottomans. No complaints for the price point. 600 is a good price for my first sofa purchase. Once ordered it took 3-5 business days and was incredibly DIY.

Bought this bc it folds out into bed and also has footrest. Very comfy and easy to put together. Nice that you can easily remove and replace couch cushions covers if you own a naughty husky that likes to try and bury her bones in the couch.

I bought a Belffin modular couch and it is literally one of my all time favorite purchases. However, I am disappointed about getting additional pieces.

I am thinking Belffin is going to come through! They have been amazing.

We bought the L shaped couch with console and pullout. First Assembly wasnt difficult but could have used a litte instructions, there are different feet for different sections and no instructions what so ever. Second the couch is very firm, which is ok but if your looking for comfort i wouldnt go with this company. The construction itself is very cheap and i dont have high hopes it will last. The console has visible screws sticking out of it on the inside, and when i contacted them about it i got some weird Ai response saying the construction is fine, so customer service seems none existant. I would have liked to echange the console for one without screws sticking out but doesn't seem humans are involed in their customer service. So overall not very happy with this 2k purchase. I will say they shipped it very quickly. We ordered it on a sunday and had it all 7 boxes by thursday.

We absolutely love our new couch!! We got the pull out modular corduroy sofa and it’s the best thing ever! The storage, the pull out and let me tell you THE SOFTNESS is AMAZING!! My only complaint is we went with white cause this couch was the only one that would fit in my living room and they didn’t have it in the green like I wanted. But the white is just as beautiful! I will say the multiple delivered was kinda annoying we got 2 boxes each day for like 3 days lol but it all worked out!

I have been looking at Belffin ads on Facebook and Instagram for quite a few months now. My husband and I recently moved and knew that we wanted a modular sofa with a pull out section. Belffin had many styles to choose from and were reasonably priced. We ended up with the Huvona L shaped in navy blue with the sleeper and the ottoman. The sections came in several boxes delivered an several days. It was easy to track the packages on FedEx. The couch was easy to put together and is very comfortable. We had one flaw with a seat cushion and their service department was very quick to respond to my emails and find a solution. We are so glad we took the chance on this company.

I got two different couches for our living room when we expanded spaces & I couldn’t be more in love!!they have held together so well. The fabric is still so soft!

I recently purchased the Nido pull-out for my reading room and I’m obsessed with how soft, comfortable and beautiful this loveseat is. It’s big enough for you to lay down and rest but small enough to fit in any small space. Shipping was very quick and building it took about 15 min on my own. I highly recommend Belffin, very high quality items.

Product is very cheap and not made well. You cannot use the warranty you purchase because there is no way to get in touch with anyone. Im stuck with a couch that was broken within 2 or 3 months. Please please please do not give this "company" any more money. How they are still up and running is a total mystery to me.

For two months I had to go through the worst process ever. Part of my sofa did not come in at all. I tried to contact customer service via phone but no one answers and you get a full mailbox so you can’t even leave a message. The worst experience is with SEEL. Beware. It is a scam and it is all AI driven. I literally had paid for this delivery assurance and seriously had no less than 30 email exchanges in which they were stalling for time and requesting information I had already provided over and over. So I have an incomplete sofa that I paid full price and no one was doing anything. I finally was able to reach customer service at Belffin directly and they gave me a refund for the ottoman that was missing. Zero compensation for literally hours of time spent trying to resolve this issue for nearly 2 months. I have never experienced such frustration in my life to get something so simple resolved. Unfortunately due the their scam of a company SEEL they use for delivery assurance I will never trust or recommend this company to anyone. Too little too late.

They say that the Uteeran Cloud Modular Sofa is "easy to assemble. NOT. No instruction manual...none online either. most "modules" go together, but several will no. Would not buy again.

The sofa is sort of comfortable. Unfortunately unlike the pictures lead you to believe the cushions are not in fact attached. I have to remove the cushion and a wood slat to use the storage. Because they’re not attached they constantly slide everywhere. I looked for a long time before I settled on this sofa and I am so disappointed. I wasted a lot of money for something that will now sit in storage. The green is a lovely color though.

This company is a scam. The sofas are super short in stature. You pay all this money for them not to be comfortable. The cushions are small, so if you’re kind of plush like myself, don’t even waste your money. Trying to get a hold of someone for assistance is a true nightmare. And don’t get me started on the whole return process should you experience an issue. I will never order from them again. They literally pay co tent creators for good reviews!

I have had this sectional now for one year next month. I have slept on it, and sit and lay on this every night. It has not sagged at all and I am 161lbs. Still firm, and at 1500.00, this is a steal. I cannot attest to the ones who have had poor results with the comfort and quality, but mine have been top shelf. Jan Penney
